Mythos 5 encountered a session timeout, Opus 4.7 faced an unresponsive server, and Opus 4.6 simply ran out of tokens.

- In China, a network of 20 fake dating sites was created. Within two weeks, over 4,700 different AI characters were developed, interacting with at least 25,000 people, ultimately leading to financial exploitation.

- The report also details six cases of weapon development. In one instance, Claude was used to develop software for a guided missile, and in another case, for creating a counter-torpedo system.

- In Iran, Claude developed a Firefox extension to collect data from social media users. The AI analyzed hundreds of thousands of posts and identified 39 opposition accounts to monitor them.
