YouTube has disabled the display of certain videos in Russia via VPN. Some channels have also started to hide new videos.
It appears that the restriction currently applies only to international broadcasts and TV premieres. YouTube implemented this measure to combat the airing of videos without regional licenses.

The model scores 69.2% in SWE-Bench Pro and 57.9% in Humanity's Last Exam. A new feature called dynamic workflows has been introduced specifically for Opus 4.8, allowing Claude Code to adjust its action plan on the fly to adapt to new contexts.
Additionally, the new model performs better overall on long tasks and is more likely to recognize its own mistakes.

In Russia, starting June 1, talking on the phone at gas stations will be prohibited. The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) explained this decision by the risk of accidental sparks near the pumps.
While there won't be a legal ban, individual gas stations may refuse service or place customers on a blacklist. They could even call the police due to "safety threats."
