This is to inform you that whenever you apply on any job opening please check required skill and make sure that your cv must be relevant as per your knowledge and JD
As we got multiple escalations from HR that candidates applying on any random skill and it is wasting lot of efforts while shortlisting
So before you apply please make sure that
1) you must have knowledge on skill set required and per job opening
2) you must mention required skill in your CV as per your knowledge base
So if anyone will ignore this guideline and escalated by HR from now onwards then we had to block that profiles for next 3 months to make sure that the deserving candidates must get the opportunity
