Job purpose:
To be the focal point of the division and to liaison between the Enterprise Operations division and all other divisions. Lead a team of Project Admins and operations member to Develop statistical reports, track the projects status on regular basis, monitor any deviation in the plan, forecast analysis and support decision making process.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
-Develop / maintain database with all projects information.
-Assist Business Unit (BU) and Operations Management to achieve their financial and operations targets, including revenue, costs, utilization and other KPIs.

-Monitor BU Profit and Loss as part of monthly/quarterly/yearend financial reporting cycles and make sure it is showing accurate results in a timely manner.
-Review/Update Revenue in the Forecast Database on a weekly basis and on a continuous basis during month closing.
-Lead the Operations Team and assure healthy RF acceptance cycle.
-Develop Legal contractual templates with the assistance of legal team.
-Develop Process to support enhancing business management and KPI realization.
-Develop weekly reports for projects status to provide an administrative guidance on project execution.
-Track Collection and assure collection plan is being achieved and followed with corrective actions.
-Conduct a regular status report for the logistics projects delivery.
-Support & coordinate for the internal project needs.
-Be the data hub of the division in which clear consolidation of all Division related information is available and ready.
-Track, Projects, Invoicing, AR Status, Purchasing status and others.
Experience:
- Professional qualifications in Excel, Power Point , Microsoft project & MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Very Good command of English.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same field .

- Use the data management software to collect data for the different projects within the organization.
- Provide alert when data is missing.
- Perform analysis for the available data to get the key performance indicators.
- Based on the analysis, prepare a report on the project status.
- Interpret and correlate the different project documents.
- Investigate the reasons for non-compliance in the project performance.
- Electronic archiving of the resulting reports with the project data.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
- Experience: 2-4 relevant years
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft office; word, excel, Power Bi and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and write reports
