For a company based in the UAE , We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Python libraries, as well as a strong understanding of web/mobile development and architecture. As a Technical Lead, your primary responsibility will be to design and architect APIs for web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable and efficient APIs for web and mobile applications using Python and relevant libraries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead the technical architecture and design process, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the applications.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, assisting in code reviews and promoting best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, evaluating and implementing new technologies as necessary.
Ensure smooth integration of the applications with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, leveraging its services and infrastructure.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of DevOps principles and work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and monitoring processes.
Collaborate with front-end developers using ReactJS and mobile developers using Flutter to ensure seamless integration and consistent user experience across platforms.
Conduct performance analysis and optimization to improve application speed and efficiency.
Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Python programming language and experience with relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
Solid understanding of web/mobile development principles and architecture.
Proven experience in designing and developing APIs for web and mobile applications.
Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS.
Familiarity with ReactJS for web development and Flutter for mobile development.
Understanding DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
