Job Summary:
The Talent, Capacity, and Productivity Associate will play a crucial role in optimizing the human resources function of the organization. This role involves assessing and enhancing employee talent, managing workforce capacity, and improving overall productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, talent management, and performance improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management:
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure alignment between employee skills and organizational needs.

Capacity Planning:
- Analyze workforce capacity to ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained.
