E-learning Project Manager Job Opening

Do you have experience in data analysis and using learning management software (LMS) such as Talent LMS or Thinkific? Are you interested in E-learning and ready to advance your expertise in managing learning management systems within a supportive and dynamic team? Then, this position is for you.



Responsibilities:
Learning Management System Administration & Learner Data Management

Assisting team with full management and maintenance of the learning management system.
Creating Course packets on the LMS platform & Embedding necessary links, course material, quizzes, and additional reading in course packets.
Analyzing learning data, tracking engagement metrics with learning content, and generating reports.
Performing quality assurance on all materials on the LMS platform.
Resolving technical difficulties and queries with LMS.
Resolving and responding to learner queries and developing of instructional guides for a seamless experience with LMS.
Developing & executing new strategies to improve user experience on the platform.


Zoom Management and Technical Support
Supporting our internal teams in managing and providing technical support during virtual meetings.
Assisting meeting participants in joining meetings and responding to queries.
Coordinating with and assisting meeting facilitators and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless virtual conferencing experience on Zoom.
Advising on ways to improve the virtual meeting experience for all participants.


Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline is compulsory.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in Edtech is required.
Knowledge of virtual learning management system “Moodle” or “Thinkific” is compulsory.
Experience using data analytic tools such as Airtable or MS excel for data analysis is compulsory.
Proven knowledge of data analysis and basic principles of statistics is essential.
Must be organized and have a keen eye for detail.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
Must be able to work independently and think creatively to solve problems.
Any demonstrated interest in Edtech or governance is valuable to your application.
No coding or programming skill is required but would be a plus.


Monthly Remuneration: 200,000 naira.
