I just came across a story on social media that is both heartbreaking and somehow funny at the same time. ๐ญ๐
A woman got married, hoping to build a happy life with her husband. But things didnโt turn out the way they had planned. Life became difficult, so they agreed that she would go to an Arab country to work while her husband stayed back home and worked there.
She worked hard abroad and sent all the money she earned directly to her husbandโs account. She was sacrificing her time and energy to build a better future for herself and her family
But meanwhile, her husband had secretly married another woman without her knowledge! ๐ญ
For about three years, she kept working hard and sending him money, believing he was using it to build their future. He kept telling her that he had bought a house for her.
One day, she asked him to send her a picture of the house. So, what did he do? He generated an image of a house using AI and sent it to her! ๐ญ๐
Not knowing that the image was AI-generated, she genuinely believed it was her real house and posted it on Facebook, saying:My house, bought with three years of hard work!โ But hereโs where the story gets even crazier! ๐ญ
Facebook labeled the image as AI-generated content. When her friends told her that the house wasnโt real and that the picture had been created using AI, she was reportedly so shocked that she became ill and was taken to the hospital.
According to the story, she is still receiving treatment at the hospital ๐ญ
