People who think replying late to work texts makes them look cool!

NB: i said work texts 😁

frontend vs backend😁

The habit of constantly trying to please people isn’t always about love sometimes it’s the result of insecurity and fear🤨

Every time you say “yes” to everyone, you may be saying “no” to your own values and needs. When you keep breaking your own boundaries just to protect other people’s feelings, people may eventually start taking your needs less seriously than their own.

So learn to say “no” to others because the respect you have for yourself begins with being able to protect your boundaries.

Protecting your boundaries doesn’t mean you hate others it means you respect yourself

GOOD NIGHT✌️
