Microsoft issued an out-of-band cumulative update, KB5070773, for Windows 11 versions 24H2 and 25H2 (builds 26100.6901 and 26200.6901). The company releases such updates only when a critical issue requires immediate resolution outside the regular monthly cycle. This update specifically addresses a problem introduced by the October 14, 2025 Patch Tuesday update KB5066835.
The issue caused USB keyboards and mice to cease functioning within the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), thereby blocking access to all recovery options. USB peripherals continue to operate normally in the standard Windows environment. Given the widespread reliance on USB input devices and the lack of alternative ports on modern systems, Microsoft acted to restore WinRE functionality before the problem affected additional devices.

Now Poco will be sold under Xiaomi India which is already a rebrand of Redmi and is also sold under Xiaomi India. So Xiaomi India will now sell the same smartphone with just different logos -- Poco and Redmi.
Poco was launched as an independent company in India whose sole purpose was to rebrand Redmi. Now Xiaomi has merged that so-called independent company "on papers" to itself after their strategy failed successfully.

- Geospatial Reasoning: Identify possible threats for incoming weather situations, like which communities might flood during a heavy rain
- Gemini capabilities: Ask any questions naturally, while Gemini helps to find the answers by scanning satellite imagery
- Also in Google Cloud: Organisations can use their database to get the results they needed

In an exclusive preview, here’s your first look at what’s arriving in this upcoming release, officially set to launch on November 4.
• Theme Packs: Although leaks about this new feature surfaced months ago, it wasn't sure whether it would make it to the public sooner or later
But the November 2025 Pixel Drop holds a huge surprise in that regard: the very first Pixel Theme is on its way, inspired by the upcoming film "Wicked: For Good"— with its first screenings set for the same day as the Drop.
• Pixel Studio Animations: Beginning with this feature drop, you can breathe new life into your photos and GIFs using the Pixel Studio app, generating a small AI video-clip of them.
The AI model behind this remains unclear, though it may very well be powered by Google’s latest Veo 3(.1).
• Pixel VIP Notifications: For the first time since its introduction, the Pixel VIP feature might actually prove somewhat useful (🥀), thanks to the inclusion of prioritized notifications for all your VIP contacts— though currently limited to WhatsApp and Google Messages conversations.
