Google Pixel 10 Series Designs based on CAD
Source
Google Pixel 10 series will look the same as the Pixel 9 series and will have almost same dimensions (152.8 x 72 x 8.6mm), same bezels and same display size as well. Interestingly, regular Pixel 10 (frankel) will sport triple rear camera this time, which means it will get a telephoto lens upgrade.
Google Pixel 10 Display:
• 6.3" (1080x2424 px) OLED
• 60-120hz refresh rate, HDR10+
• 2000 nits (HBM), 3000 nits (peak) brightness
Pixel 10 Pro (blazer) will also have the same 6.3" display, meaning cases for either phone will fit both but it will be a bit brighter (2250nits HBM; 3300nits PEAK).

RIP Google Assistant
Google announced today that the classic Google Assistant will no longer be accessible on most mobile devices.
"Over the coming months, we’re upgrading more users on mobile devices from Google Assistant to Gemini; and later this year, the classic Google Assistant will no longer be accessible on most mobile devices or available for new downloads on mobile app stores."
There will be an exception for phones running Android 9 or earlier and don’t have at least 2 GB of RAM, with the existing Assistant experience remaining in place for those users.
🪦 May 2016 ~ March 2025
You will be remembered 🙏

Don't worry, it's not a bug, it's a feature!
The feature, unfortunately being called a bug, causes Microsoft Copilot to uninstall itself and unpin from the taskbar as well. Thanks Microsoft.

Roku is forcing users to watch ads before they can use their TV in ‘test’
Owners of smart TVs and streaming sticks running Roku OS are already subject to video advertisements on the home screen, and now they are getting forced to watch ads before they can even access the home screen.
Some people might not be as receptive to more obtrusive ad formats if they have grown accustomed to seeing a static image on an ignored area of their screen. One Redditor commented,
Although Roku already has advertisements on the home screen and in its screensaver, autoplaying advertisements when the TV is turned on is a novel and quite hostile practice.

I could accept the static ad on the side. Forcing a loud commercial is awful.
