Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 launched Qualcomm NEVER released a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 NOR a Snapdragon 7s Gen 1. Anyways, Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 (SM-7435 AB) is MORE downgraded than 7 Gen 1 & 7+ Gen 2 Manufactured by Samsung Foundry on 4nm process (likely 4LPE) CPU:…
Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 introduced as Underclocked Snapdragon 7s Gen 2
Qualcomm has quietly announced Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 (SM-6475 AB) manufactured on 4nm process.
Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 CPU:
4× Cortex-A78 @ 2.4GHz
4× Cortex-A55 @ 1.8GHz
GPU: Likely Adreno 710 only
RAM: LPDDR4X; LPDDR5
Storage: UFS 3.1
7s Gen 2 meanwhile:
4× Cortex-A78 @ 2.4GHz
4× Cortex-A55 @ 1.95GHz
GPU: Adreno 710
Comparing to Snapdragon 6 Gen 1:
4× Cortex-A78 @ 2.2GHz
4× Cortex-A55 @ 1.8GHz
GPU: Adreno 710
However, for the display part, 6 Gen 3 does NOT support 144Hz at FHD+ unlike 7s gen 2. Everything else remains the same as 7s Gen 2

OnePlus's Resolution to 10 Pro and 9 Pro Motherboard Failure is Offering 30% Discount on Motherboard Spare Part
OnePlus 10 Pro, 9 Pro and 9RT users reported motherboard failure issues. It started happening after August or July updates.
OnePlus service centre is demanding Rs. 42,000 (~500$) for OnePlus 10 Pro 5G Rs. 27,000 (~350$) incase of 9 Pro to repair their motherboards. But after rage from the community for NO resolution, instead of offering FREE motherboard replacement or entirely a new device, OnePlus's final resolution is to offer customers with their dead 10 Pro and 9 Pro smartphones, a 30% discount on motherboard part that too as a "goodwill gesture"
However, users would still need to pay 350$ for OP 10 Pro motherboard & 250$ in-case of 9 Pro. OnePlus then automatically closes 'case/tickets' of users who declined to accept their 30% discount on motherboards saying that customer was either unresponsive or has accepted to offer which obviously is a LIE

Apple Music and YouTube Music Joins hands for Seamless Playlist Transfer
Apple and Google join hands to "officially" enable seamless playlist transfer b/w their music apps. This new option arrives via Google and Apple both using the “Data Transfer Project” stack which was developed by the two companies as a part of the Data Transfer Initiative, of which both Google and Apple are members. This same ongoing partnership has also previously delivered the photo-sharing tool used to transfer photos and videos from iCloud to Google Photos.
Only the playlists you've created (including collaborative playlists that you own) are transferred. Music files, non-collaborative shared playlists and curated playlists, and folders in which you've organized your Apple Music playlists are not transferred. If the service you're transferring to doesn't have specific songs, then obviously they won't be transferred either.
Spotify can CRY in the corner and continue blaming Apple

Google released Android 15 update to AOSP
Android 15 is finally available for AOSP (Android Open Source Project). However, Google has NOT yet rolled out Android 15 stable for its own Pixel smartphones. It's likely delayed due to platforms bugs and is expected to roll out next month,
mid-October.
The Android 15 update brings several new features and changes like Private Space, which creates a separate profile that users can hide apps in, a screen recording detection API, predictive back gesture, changes to background activity launches etc. You can view full list of changes in Android 15 here.
Android 15 won't seem like a major update as many features will get shipped with QPRs releases such as Audio Sharing, a revamped Desktop Mode, the Tiny Taskbar, lock screen widgets etc. However, apart from Google, most OEMs don't incorporate platform changes in QPRs into their updates.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Lineup will only use Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Chipset
All models of Galaxy S25 series across the lineup, irrespective of the country/region, will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 For Galaxy or the Leading Version chipset, instead of Exynos 2500. This is a different strategy from the Galaxy S24, which uses Samsung's self-developed 'Exynos' and Qualcomm's 'Snapdragon' together.
The Exynos 2500 is said to be reserved to power the next gen Samsung Galaxy Z Foldables. It makes sense though because the Exynos 2500 will be ready by that time since Samsung foldables will debut in second-half of 2025
For now, Samsung's semiconductor division will focus on improving the performance and stability of the Exynos 2500 chip. Samsung Device Solutions business has reportedly ordered executives of its foundry business to improve its 3nm and more advanced semiconductor chip fabrication processes to secure competitiveness in the market.
