Ford Car Bricked Itself

A Ford car displayed a “Your vehicle cannot be driven” message to the driver/owner after the software update failed

To drive your own car: Please contact customer support

AAOS (Android Automotive OS) supports an update rollback feature in case the update fails.

However, Ford does NOT use AAOS for its infotainment and since Ford infotainment doesn't have an update rollback feature either, it ended up bricking the car only lmaooo

Xiaomi is also launching its EV Car — SU7 car series comprising three models and it will be powered by HyperOS

I don't think so, Xiaomi's HyperOS for cars supports an update rollback feature considering Xiaomi doesn't have many brain cells

It will be funny to watch if HyperOS ends up bricking the Xiaomi Cars the same as MIUI bricks Xiaomi smartphones XD
