Prototype Google Pixel is in works
This new info comes from the Pixel 7's kernel source which Google recently released.
The device board is named as "Lynx", and might be called Google Pixel Ultra
It will feature a triple rear camera setup.
The main shooter is a GN1 sensor (same used in Pixel 7 pro) and a Sony IMX787 for telephoto lens.
The front sensor is the same as the ultrawide sensor which is new - unannounced Sony IMX712 of 13MP.
The phone will support wireless charging.
Google Tensor G2 chipset will power the device
Lynx will support the WCN6740 (WiFi 6E + BT combo chip) Qualcomm wireless modem ditching Samsung Exynos modems (Broadcom BCM4389), which was used in the Pixel 6/7.
Lynx will have S6E3FC3 display driver IC which is the same used in the Pixel 6/6a/7.
So 90Hz refresh rate is expected tho the chip is capped around 1080p with 120Hz refresh rate.
Note:- Ultra is just a moniker that has hung around the mobile space, its not confirmed it will be called Pixel Ultra.
