– In response, OpenAI launched a full-on website section titled “The Truth About Elon Musk and OpenAI.” It compiles every lawsuit, official statement, and even past correspondence between Musk and OpenAI leadership, basically a public legal archive with receipts.

– The company’s statement calls the new case “a baseless trade secret theft lawsuit”, adding:

“OpenAI does not need anyone’s trade secrets to fulfill its mission, least of all those belonging to xAI.”
