Before locking the bootloader safely:
- Fastboot flashing unlock_critical → unlock critical partitions
- Fastboot erase frp → erase Google FRP
- Fastboot flashing lock_critical → re-lock

Do NOT factory reset with a locked bootloader until fixed.
