Nothing OS 4 new changes/features ✨:
- (ss are from Nothing phone 3)

1️⃣ New status bar:
- This was a much awaited thing when Nothing showed this a while ago.
- It's bolder now & the elements look fairly equal sized as well.

2️⃣ New translucent pin-passcode page:
- This was unexpected as everyone kept asking Nothing to add some "Blur" in their UI.
- This looks like a start to that.

3️⃣ New icons :
- Some icons are redesigned.
- But, We still can't resize app icons.

4️⃣ Control Center :
1. We can now directly share the WIFI in a single tap.
- But for that menu to pop-up you have to use 2nd or 3rd sized tile. It won't work on the smallest one.
2. Now almost every tile can be resized to 2x2 (big square tile).

5️⃣ Widgets :
- We now have new sizes to customise around more and give our homescreens as well as lockscreens a new feel.
- We can make any tile big.

6⃣ New pop-up view:
- Now we can run more but the side bubble will only save the last 2 app opened.

7️⃣ Extra Dark Mode:
- Yea, Pure BLACK/DARK mode now on most elements in the UI and all the first party Nothing apps.
- Now, the Google apps are still greyish and the notification have a grey way but apart from that it's true black.
- Nothing also hinted that this "Extra Dark Mode" in the future maybe expended to more areas & won't be limited to just Nothing OS pages.

8️⃣ Glyph AOD :
- Now the Glyph AOD only turns on when the phone detects that it's kept faced down, saving a lot of battery.
- But still we don't have the option to choose the style.

9️⃣ Glyph Timer:
- The timer now has new & refreshed animations for the matrix.
- It shows an hourglass with also showing the countdown when the timer reaches under 30 seconds

1️⃣0️⃣ Glyph Progress:
- No extra apps added for this but the animation for the Glyph Matrix has been refreshed.
- It also adds Android 16's live activities on the lockscreen.
- It now shows like this in a progress bar.

1️⃣1️⃣ Flip to Glyph :
- You can now choose to make your phone go into Silent or Vibrate with Flip to Glyph.

1️⃣2️⃣ Haptics on the volume bar:
- They added haptics to the volume bar but only at the lowest and highest point in the bar.
- Rest is still all silent.

1️⃣3️⃣ Ai indicator:
- Just like we see indicators for camera & mic at the top, Now we will also see a yellow dot when AI is active/running some background processes on Nothing phones.

1️⃣4️⃣ New About info page:
- It now shows a refreshed look of the top 3 tiles which are - Software version, Device name & your Nothing Phone.

1️⃣5️⃣ 2 new clocks:
- As you might have seen in the beta NOS 4 update, There are 2 new clocks now.
- Bolder one has a animation of 'Zooming in' (AOD to Lockscreen)

Now for some quick small changes

1️⃣ App opening and closing makes the homescreen elements have a lil zoom in/out.

2️⃣ Ai usage dashboard
- We can see the data for AI usage, If someone's curious.

3️⃣ Hidden Icons
- You can now hide your apps from the home & app screen (drawer) and locking them behind a biometric authentication.

4️⃣ Universal search
- Now we can choose to allow/restrict access to certain categories & it works great.

5️⃣ New GLYPH Matrix - Lunar Cycle
-Shows the actual moon phase and location based on your location.

6️⃣ Essential Apps
- Now with Playground (Alpha) you can add different Essential widgets on your homescreen (even make one)

- Phone 3 supports 6 widgets while the other phones will support only 2 as of now. This gate keeping has been done so that it doesn't make the phone slow because of the background processes.
