Steps:

2️⃣ Choose your bank
3️⃣ Select “Send Money”
4️⃣ Enter receiver’s UPI ID or Account + IFSC
5️⃣ Enter amount & your UPI PIN

Samsung Phones Caught with Unremovable Spyware

AppCloud, an Israeli-made app pre-installed on Galaxy A and M phones, is built into the system and can’t be removed

Investigations reveal the app is embedded in the operating system, preventing full removal. Even when disabled, AppCloud remains on the device, reappears after updates, and can covertly install additional software.

Even if disabled, it returns after updates and can silently install other apps, raising major privacy concerns

things to do:

1. use ADB to take this spyware off your A or M series devices

If global , look for package com.aura.oobe.samsung.gl

If Indian, look for package
com.aura.oobe.samsung

2. Is it really spyware?

YES! It's factually correct

It collects internet/app activity and location data. It does this "without alerting the user" (the policy is hidden and installation is forced). "sends it to another unauthorised entity" by "SELLING" it to third-party marketers.

Now let's address the elephant in the room, is Samsung being unnecessarily dragged through the mud here ? HELL NO !!

Samsung is not a passive victim in this process; it is an active and willing partner. Here's how you look for the package , download "Uninstaller" from Playstore , switch to system apps from top bar & search for 2 things

1. com.aura.oobe.samsung

2. Appcloud

If no search results come up, your device is safe from this.

If anyone wants to uninstall it using adb, the package name is "com.aura.oobe.samsung"

Here are the steps to uninstall it using ADB. (This is one of the ways of using ADB):
- On your phone: Enable USB debugging from Developer Options & connect it to the PC
- On the PC: Download ADB platform tools from here

- In the extracted folder: Shift+Right Click, open terminal & enter these commands one by one (your device should be visible after entering the 1st command)

1) .\adb devices
2) .\adb shell
3) pm uninstall --user 0 com.aura.oobe.samsung
