title : Maximizing the Blessings of Remdan Month: A Guide for muslims :

---------------------------------------------------

As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

Dear brothers and sisters,

As we enter the blessed month of Remdan, I want to take a moment to remind you of the immense opportunities this month brings for spiritual growth, self-discipline, and community bonding. As a senior student and a fellow Muslim, I encourage you to make the most of this sacred time. Here are some practical tips to help you navigate Remdan while balancing your academic responsibilities:

1. Set Clear Intentions (Niyyah)
Begin Remdan with a sincere intention to seek Allahโ€™s pleasure. Whether itโ€™s improving your prayers, reading more Qurโ€™an, or helping others, let your actions be guided by a pure heart and a desire to grow closer to Allah.

2. Time Management is Key
Balancing fasting, prayers, and studies can be challenging, but with proper planning, itโ€™s achievable. Create a daily schedule that includes time for Suhoor, Iftar, Taraweeh prayers, and study sessions. Prioritize your tasks and avoid procrastination.

3. Stay Connected to the Qurโ€™an
Remdan is the month of the Qurโ€™an. Dedicate time each day to read, reflect, and understand the Qurโ€™an. Even if itโ€™s just a few verses, consistency will help you build a stronger connection with the Book of Allah.

4. Take Care of Your Health
Fasting can be physically demanding, especially with a busy academic schedule. Eat nutritious meals during Suhoor and Iftar, stay hydrated, and get enough rest. Avoid overeating or consuming unhealthy foods that can drain your energy.

5. Engage in Acts of Kindness
Remdan is a time to strengthen our bonds with others. Volunteer, share Iftar with friends, and support those in need. Small acts of kindness can have a big impact and bring immense rewards.

6. Seek Forgiveness and Reflect
Use this month to seek forgiveness for past mistakes and strive to become a better version of yourself. Reflect on your actions, seek Allahโ€™s mercy, and make a commitment to continue good habits even after Remdan.

7. Stay Connected with the Muslim Community
Attend Taraweeh prayers, Islamic lectures, and community events at the university. Surround yourself with positive influences and support one another in your spiritual journey.

8. Donโ€™t Neglect Your Studies
While Remdan is a time for spiritual focus, remember that your education is also an important responsibility. Use the discipline and focus you gain from fasting to excel in your studies.

9. Make Dua for Success
Use the blessed moments of Remdan, especially during Suhoor and before breaking your fast, to make dua for your academic success, personal growth, and the well-being of your family and community.

10. End Remdan with Gratitude
As the month comes to an end, take time to thank Allah for the blessings and opportunities He has given you. Prepare for Eid with joy and gratitude, and carry the lessons of Remdan with you throughout the year.

May Allah make this Remdan a month of immense blessings, forgiveness, and success for all of us. Let us strive to make the most of this precious time and emerge as better Muslims and students.

May Allah bless your effort and your time  May Allah bless your time , Ameen

## from Upwork subreddit

how to NOT get a job on upwork (from a client who hires)

as a client, i get 50+ proposals within a dayโ€”sometimes even within hours. Thereโ€™s no time tk sit there and carefully analyze every single one. i skim through them fast. if yours doesnโ€™t stand out in the first few seconds, itโ€™s getting ignored. hereโ€™s why youโ€™re not getting hired:

1. ai-generated, copy-paste proposals are trash
i donโ€™t know what tool youโ€™re using, but i can tell. rephrasing my job post and feeding it back to me isnโ€™t a real proposal. itโ€™s lazy, and it tells me you donโ€™t actually care about the job. write something original.

2. youโ€™re not showing proof of your work
donโ€™t just tell me youโ€™re โ€œexperiencedโ€ or โ€œskilled.โ€ prove it. link to past projects, attach samplesโ€”something that shows you can do what you claim. no proof? i move on.

3. youโ€™re wasting space with fluff
i donโ€™t need a paragraph about how passionate you are. get to the point. in the first couple of sentences, tell me:
โ€ข have you done this before?
โ€ข how would you approach it?
โ€ข why should i pick you over everyone else?

freelancers complain about not getting hired, but half of them arenโ€™t even putting in the effort. if you want to stand out, stop being lazy. write like a human, show proof, and get to the point. the most successful proposals iโ€™ve seen are the simplest ones. theyโ€™re easy to read, straight to the point, and immediately tell me what i need to know.
