* 4+ years in Brand Management, Marketing, Growth, or Digital Marketing

* Proven experience scaling a social media platform, fintech, creator platform, or Web3 project

* Experience managing online communities (Telegram, Discord, X, Facebook, TikTok)

* Experience running influencer and ambassador campaigns

* Portfolio of successful marketing campaigns with measurable results

* Manage ambassadors and community leaders
* Coordinate online and offline campaigns

* Secure partnerships with:
* Influencers
* Content creators

* Web3 communities
* Investors
* Develop co-marketing opportunities

Creator Economy Growth

* Design campaigns that attract creators
