Soo another Sunday...

This week was great, as i planned last week i accomplished 80% of weekly plans which is a success for me and also i started simple things that i enjoy like drawing with flip clip, will share it when i feel like it's ready to be shared, i started it with inspiration from @debuggingepohul :)... because i always love her sketches and i wanted to have something interesting to do instead of using social medias while traveling in taxis because i spend more than half an hour a day on transportation...

Another thing i continued reading my book and got my this week's review too :)

Coming week's plan:
- Be disciplined
- Read more and practice
- Work on side projects

Opportunity of the week: List of opportunities across health, AI, entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and women-led startups

Quote of the week:
"You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." by Martin Luther King, Jr.

Wish you all great week ahead! ✌️🙂

I came across this college and i feel like it's a dream college for me/some of us, but not sure if they really give scholarships or not. They are mostly business, technology and real world product delopment oriented and it's interesting fr... the most interesting part for me was a global perspective through exposure to 7 unique countries(you went to 7 unique countries by the end of your fourth year :))...check it out if interested...also let me know if you guys have info about the campus and scholarship programs...and applications are open currently

Another Sunday...

wow February was short one for me, it passed with a blink of an eye...

This week i got to continue reading my book and prepare my weekly review too :)

Also this week my social medias feed was all about politics specially these two days following the attack between US-Israel and Iran...I ain't someone who knows much about politics but this war between countries scares me because civilians loose their life in the middle of the politics between countries...let's hope everything will be solved peacefully in some miraculous way🙏

Next week plan:
- Be disciplined
- Read more and practice

Mary Jackson was one of NASA's "human computers" - the women behind the math that launched men to space.

Since 1935, NACA (NASA's precursor) hired hundreds of women as computers at Langley, Virginia - calculating orbital trajectories by hand. Women like Williamina Fleming, who classified stars by temperature, and Annie Jump Cannon, whose stellar classification (O, B, A, F, G, K, M) is still used today.

They were unheralded. But the stars knew their names.

Salute to all the women who made significant contributions throughout history, even if they went unrecognized🫡

Happy Women's Day❤️

Another Sunday is here :)

this week i have been trying to be consistent on what i started, and also my side project is almost done which i will share these coming days and also i got my weekly book takeaway update too...One new thing i joined the #90daychallenge by @cyber_Guardian5, which i am learning a lot from the community there and trust me just being in that environment has the push for u to plan big and work more...🙂

So there will be more updates for next week but overall i was consistency and couldn't read more books but will work on that part for next week...

🚀 Introducing Dataset.ET

The future of AI should speak Ethiopian languages.

Today we are launching Dataset.ET — an open community initiative to build the largest dataset for Ethiopian languages.

Why this matters:
Most AI systems today barely understand Amharic, Afaan Oromo, Tigrinya, Somali, and many other Ethiopian languages. Without datasets, AI will ignore our languages.

Dataset.ET is changing that.

What we are building:
• Speech datasets
• Text datasets
• Community-validated language corpora
• Open infrastructure for Ethiopian AI

How you can help:
1️⃣ Record sentences using our Telegram bot
2️⃣ Validate recordings from other contributors
3️⃣ Help expand datasets for Ethiopian languages

No technical skills needed — just your voice and your language.

🤖 Start contributing:
https://t.me/dataset_et_bot

🌍 Learn more:
https://dataset.et

💬 Join the community:
https://t.me/dataset_et

Together we can teach AI to understand Ethiopia.

📢 Community leaders & channel admins:
If you run a Telegram group or community and believe Ethiopian languages should be part of the future of AI, we would really appreciate it if you could share this post with your community.

Your support can help thousands of people contribute their language and voice to this initiative. Thank you!
