How to check your device architecture

To check, we recommend using the Device Info HW app:

1. Download and open the app


2. Go to the SOC tab


3. At the bottom, find the Supported ABI field



Possible results:

arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, armeabi — your device supports both 32-bit and 64-bit. You can use any navigation software.

arm64-v8a — your device supports only 64-bit navigation solutions.

Why Some “Truck Navigations” on Android Aren’t Actually Truck Navigations

Most drivers believe that
if a navigation app has a “Truck” mode, it must be safe for truck transport.

That assumption is dangerous.

For example, iGO LUNA offers a truck profile, but in reality it is not suitable for professional truck navigation.

Route ≠ Truck Route

Standard car navigation follows a simple logic:
get from point A to point B as fast or as short as possible.

Truck navigation works differently. It must take into account:

height, weight, and length restrictions

truck traffic prohibitions

environmental zones

road type and allowed maneuvers

regional traffic regulations


If these factors are not fully considered, it is not truck navigation — even if the menu says “Truck”.

Why Some Apps Only “Pretend” to Be Truck Navigation

In most cases, “truck mode” is nothing more than:

a basic field to enter vehicle dimensions

no real route validation

no dedicated truck maps

no logic to bypass restricted roads


In practice, the app simply ignores the entered parameters.

Good morning, dear drivers!

On some devices running iGO Nextgen Premium with HERE 2025 Q2 maps, an issue could occur where Points of Interest (POI) suddenly disappeared from the map.

The cause was certain custom POI files with an excessively large size, which affected their correct display.

We have fixed this issue. Below you will find the custom_poi.zip archive and the required steps to apply the fix.

Installation steps:

1. Go to the IGO_PAL/content folder and delete the userdata folder.


2. Navigate to IGO_PAL/save/profiles/01 and delete the file poi_visiblities.txt.


3. From the custom_poi.zip archive, extract the userdata folder into the IGO_PAL/content directory.


4. Launch the application and open: Map Settings → POI Settings → POI Display, then re-enable the required Points of Interest for display on the map.



Please note:
This fix applies only to the version with HERE 2025 Q2 maps.
For iGO Nextgen with TomTom 2025.06 maps, these steps are not required.

If traffic data is not displayed on your device, please use the fix provided below.

To install, download the archive TMC_FIX_Nextgen_2025Q2.rar. The archive contains the save folder and the sys.txt file — these must be replaced in your IGO_PAL folder on the device.

Important: before replacing the files, make sure to back up your personal data. Your saved locations are stored in: IGO_PAL/save/profiles/01/users/00

The file user.upoi contains all your saved points. Please copy this file before replacement, and after installing the fix, move it back into the new save folder.

The archive password is the same as the password for the IGO Nextgen Premium 2025 Q2 package.
