It has been discovered that on certain devices running Android 15, the IGO Nextgen navigation application may experience an issue. While driving, the vehicle’s position on the map may update in sudden jumps rather than moving smoothly.

The cause lies in the specific features of the Android 15 firmware. We strongly advise against upgrading, as you will not gain any significant improvements, but the user experience with IGO Nextgen will worsen.

For owners of devices running Android versions up to 14 inclusive, we recommend avoiding the update, since the Quick Support application for remote assistance also works unstably on Android 15, often freezing and limiting the ability to provide full technical support. In such cases, we can assist via video calls; however, customers from countries such as Germany, France, or Spain may encounter a language barrier, as most users in these regions do not speak English.

If using Android 15 is essential for you, this will not be a problem, as we offer a wide selection of compatible solutions, including:

Over the past few days, together with our colleague and editor Yuriy, we have been working intensively on fixing critical issues in the IGO Nextgen Premium 2025 Q2 package. We are pleased to announce that all the work has now been successfully completed.

Fixes and improvements:

resolved cursor stuttering while driving on Android 15;

fixed the display of driving speed;

corrected the rendering of warning signs and road shields;

fixed the saving of display parameters for 3D buildings, terrain, and, in some cases, POI;

optimized font rendering throughout the navigation system;

completely rewritten and optimized system entries in sys.txt;

made minor adjustments in save to improve overall stability.


Update instructions:

For those who have already downloaded the previous version of IGO Nextgen Premium 2025 Q2, we have prepared a separate update archive containing all necessary changes. This way, you won’t need to re-download the full package.

1. Download the IGO Nextgen UPDATE archive.


2. Delete the following from the IGO_PAL folder: save, data.zip, the ux folder, and sys.txt.
⚠️ If you have your own saved points, don’t forget to copy them from the save folder first!


3. Copy from the IGO Nextgen UPDATE archive into the IGO_PAL folder: save, data.zip, the ux folder, and sys.txt.



✅ Done — the new skin with all fixes has been successfully installed.

The IGO Nextgen UPDATE archive will be provided below. The password remains the same as for the current version of IGO Nextgen Premium 2025 Q2.

How to adjust the interface size in IGO Nextgen if everything looks too small or too large?

By default, the automatic mode is enabled, which sets the interface size automatically. However, in some cases, this mode may not be convenient for the user.

🧑‍💻 To change the interface scale, follow these steps:

1. Open the IGO_PAL folder.


2. Edit the sys.txt file with a text editor.


3. Locate the section [rawdisplay].


4. In the line dpi="auto", replace auto with the desired value:

240 – minimum size

320 – small

480 – optimal

640 – large


After saving the changes, restart IGO Nextgen.

✅ Done — the interface will now be displayed in your selected size.
