How do I transfer my saved IGO locations from one version of IGO to another?

This feature is extremely important for many customers - it is the reason why many of them stay on older versions with outdated maps.

🧑🏻‍💻 Location of saved points in different versions:

🔸 IGO Primo (Android, Windows CE):
IGO/save/profiles/01

🔸 IGO Israel:
IGO_Israel/save/profiles/01/users/01

🔹 IGO Nextgen Premium (our build):

IGO_PAL/save/profiles/01/users/01 and 00 (it is advisable to place your points in both of these folders)

💾 To transfer the points:
Copy the contents of folder 01 from the old version, install the new build. Paste the files into the appropriate folder (as shown in the video).

Updated connection process in the new version of Quick Support

Please note that the connection procedure has changed in the updated version of Quick Support. To successfully connect, please follow these steps:

1. Install the Quick Support app and make sure it is open when you connect.


2. After the connection request, the message "Verify user" will appear - click on it.


3. Next, click the "Grant access" button.


4. A window will appear with a proposal to start broadcasting the screen - click "Start".



After completing these steps, the connection will be established and we can continue working.
