As we have already reported earlier, our version of IGO 64-bit Edition works perfectly on modern devices with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and higher processors. Another confirmation of this is the feedback from our customer (see the attached screenshot of the correspondence) 📷, who uses a Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 with the updated ONE UI 7 firmware and Android 15. The IGO 64 Bbit navigation system works stably and flawlessly ✅

Earlier we also confirmed compatibility on Galaxy S24, S25 and other modern devices 📱

We have received the update to Android 15 and ONE UI 7.0, and we were finally able to test all navigation packages on the new firmware version.

For testing purposes, we are publishing two plugins that change the background of IGO Primo for Android - as shown in the attached screenshot.

If you prefer a light background, place the Light.zip file in the IGO/ux folder. If you prefer a darker version, use Dark.zip and place it in the same folder.

Attention: It is not recommended to use both plugins at the same time, as this may cause file conflicts. Choose only one of the options - light or dark.

If you are faced with the situation shown in the photo - namely, the absence of a GPS signal - we recommend following the steps below:

1. Make sure your device is equipped with a GPS receiver.
Some models do not have it built-in. If it is not, you should consider replacing the device.


2. Check that geolocation is enabled on your device and that the navigation program is authorized.
⚙️ Without permission to use geodata, the program will not be able to determine your location.


3. Test the connection with satellites in an open area or in the cab of a vehicle.
☀️ Staying in rooms with concrete floors significantly complicates or makes it impossible to receive the signal.



4. Restart the device if you are searching for satellites for a long time.
🔄 Sometimes this helps to restore the GPS connection.


5. Do not use magnetic holders directly near the GPS receiver antennas.
They can interfere with the signal.


6. Wait a few minutes after turning on the navigation.
⏳ The first GPS startup after restarting or turning on the device may take longer than usual.

The GPS receiver built into your device is not responsible for determining your location, but only the navigation program.
