In some cases we receive notifications that Points of Interest (POIs) are disappearing. We would like to emphasize that no data from the program can disappear by itself! This happens due to
1. Your actions or manipulations with the "save" folder.
2. Using programs on your phone or tablet that empty the RAM and cache.
Some of these applications can interfere with folders that they should not be able to access unless you have added the Navigation folder to the exceptions in the cleanup settings. Users typically do not do this, so it is highly recommended:
Avoid using such software.
Do not delete data from the "save" folder if you are not sure about your actions.
