Beginner drivers often make the mistake of buying a navigator with a stripped Android operating system. So they want to save money and think that since it is a navigator and not a tablet, it is definitely the best. But it was not there, because it's a hibnical mentality. ❌

Navigators on Android OS are cheap for a reason, because they have:

1. Weak processor, which can only cope with their tasks 🚶‍♂️.
2. GPS-primach very low quality, which even in the open space can search for your location for 10 to 20 hvilin 🛰️.
3. Very little internal memory, which in the future may be insufficient for updating (flash drive will not be your salvation, because all navigational programs are worse to work with internal memory through significantly increased speed of reading-writing data, frequent program forks, hang-ups, etc.) 💾
4. Complexity of the firmware. In 80% of cases Chinese navigators do not have official websites and firmware. If it gets out of order, you can only use it to prop doors 🚪
5. Low practicality. Unlike tablets, the navigator is not a multimedia device and on it you can not comfortably at your free time to watch your favorite series or movie, and if you can, then severe lags. 📺

There are still a lot of nuances, but the main ones. Everyone, I think, has heard the order "A miser pays twice", and we've been contacted by such people who bought such a navigator from a Pole or a Lithuanian for the price of a good tablet, and then regretted it. This is due to the fact that the drivers simply had no one to advise them on a good device for navigation, and we understand them very well. 🤷‍♂️

The old school does not believe that a good tablet can be much better than their "cool" Windows CE navigator with 256 MB of RAM and 8 GB of memory. But most of them don't even know that tablets have long been equipped with very good GPS-primachers, which are two heads higher. This applies to modern smartphones, which can easily be used as a navigator, if you do not have a tablet at hand. We also noticed that most of our Windows CE build for 2023 Q4 with mappings is not readable by most navigators due to the outdated software.

Today we want to show you two main tablets in different price category, which have proved themselves in the navigators. These models will serve you well for many years and will not have problems with future updates. 👍

1. The first model of the tablet - Lenovo Tab M8! This model has a handy 8-inch screen and a couple of variations of memory: 3/32, 4/64. Any of them will be suitable for our collections, but if you want to install several navigation programs with a full package of maps, it is better to consider the 64 GB version. GPS-receiver has GLONASS support, which helps to quickly find your location and keeps the connection stable. Price in different stores 4000 - 5000 UAH depending on the volume of memory. 📱

2. Another model - Samsung Tab A9. This model is equipped with a quality 8.7-inch screen and a powerful processor, which copes actually with all its tasks. But the main thing in this tablet - its GPS-primach, which has support for GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS and built-in compass. All of these protocols in general give an excellent quality of geopositioning, due to the built-in compass, the map will not spin back and forth, and when you will be standing at a place or in front of a traffic light, there will be no need to re-route. It is available in versions 4/64, 6/128. The price is from 6000 to 8000 UAH depending on the volume of memory. 📲
