🤝 Greetings Dear drivers!

For the last 4 days we have been working on new navigation builds with new maps for 2023 Q4!

We have created the builds of IGO Primo for Android, IGO Primo for Windows CE and IGO Nextgen Premium!

All builds have been successfully tested and are already on our cloud storage. IGO Primo and Nextgen were tested on Galaxy S22 with Android 14 ONE UI 6.0. We sent the Primo version for Windows CE to our colleague in Germany, where he has been testing it for the last 2 days and was satisfied with its performance. We also sent the Primo and Nextgen builds to our friends at Girteka in Lithuania for testing. Everything works great, the guys were satisfied.

We haven't changed passwords for all our builds since June 2023, and for Nextgen, we've released about 3 minor updates since then, including optimizations, new databases, additional software release of Android 14 support, and global_cfg updates.

But today we are releasing a major update for all builds, so all passwords have been changed

Now, what's new?

Well, the first and obvious thing is the new official: map, poi, phoneme, building, speedcam and licenses for 2023 Q4. Updated global_cfg configuration file for February 2024. Updated translations and voice acting for some foreign languages. Now official points of interest have new categories specifically for trucks: showers, shops, weigh stations, etc. New categories have been added, including charging stations for electric vehicles (INRIX EV Fuel Type). In general, the official database has increased by 250.000+ new points in Europe and England, and we have updated our database, which now has 720.000+ points. We have updated all warnings for trucks in Europe and England. We added all the materials that were previously sent to the Telegram channel. The Primo version on new Android versions 13-14 no longer has a problem with roads when zooming in. We also made edits to certain system parameters for improved performance and stability. They are not directly significant, as we have done all the main optimization work beforehand. Also, we added a video installation guide to the folder with the apk and text instructions for Android 14 for your convenience. The video is available in the Primo and Nextgen builds.

We will not remove the previous builds for about 2 months, so that everyone who has purchased them can download them for their own use and storage.

Well, IGO Primo for Windows CE is slowly coming to its logical conclusion. The version with the new maps 2023 Q4 refuses to run on old navigation devices with a small amount of RAM. The reason is that the number of objects on the map has increased significantly and 256 MB is simply not enough. We have tried to optimize this version as much as possible for full-fledged work. The version with 2023 Q2 maps works stably, so we are leaving it.
