Primary Focus:</h4>
<p>
Act as primary strategic Human Resource Manager and business partner. Will also
contribute to the strategic direction and formulation of corporate-wide policies,
procedures, systems and initiatives. Maintains current knowledge base of legal and
regulatory trends in order to effectively counsel organization leaders and reduce
potential business liabilities. Is actively engaged in the functional strategic

decisions involving the efficient use of human resources.

Required experience, skills and competencies:</h4>
<ul class="unstyled">
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>You must have
at least 3-5 years of prior experience in recruiting IT Resources for growing IT
Company.</li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>You must have
proven experience and success in identifying, screening, recruiting candidate such
as Project Managers, Architects, Technical Leads, DBAs, Systems Administrators,
Developers, Functional/Technical Experts, etc.</li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>You must demonstrate
an in-depth understanding of the Recruiting Process and Proven Track Record in recruiting
candidates using job boards, networking, qualified vendors and other sources in
a fast-paced, competitive environment.</li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>You must be
Self-Motivated, Results-Oriented, Adaptive and Committed to reaching Goals while
maintaining a Positive Attitude.</li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>You must Maintain
Professionalism at all times and be a Team Player.</li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>You must possess
strong People Skills, negotiating and closing abilities, and excellent Oral and
Written Communication Skills for your continued success and growth. </li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>You must have
a proven track record of Advancement, Promotions, and meeting/ exceeding Expectations.
</li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>Require to
drive the Degree business from a Global perspective. </li>
<li><i class="icon-ok" style="font-size: medium">  </i>MBA degree
is a plus. </li>

Based at our Hyderabad office, you will lead the HR function and participate in formulation and implementation of the HR strategy to meet business objectives.
