Tomorrow will not be taking session because of some scheduled interviews

Hi All
I am getting frequently message like " I am applying but not getting response "

          As we all know recently in IT sector big tech companies layoffs there employees all most 5 - 10% of there total workforce many times I see after application complies cancelled hiring 

Still companies hiring for  specific team or Role if they required that's why many times your resume not getting shortlisted

I am giving you a suggestion for freshers

***Please make a dynamic Resume
Change it as per described on Role and Responsibilities or skills on job description

For example in job description there have they written Java but you know Only C++ , then in your Resume add your skills to Java , don't worry  about that you don't know java ,

Becz in interview they mostly ask 2 coding Questions or sometimes logic ( DSA)
For service based companies salary below 5lpa they ask only theory like Oops, DBMS, which you can prepare within 2,3 days through interviewBit.
