JavaScript developer: "I promise to always make you smile, as soon as the

smile promise is awaited and fulfilled."

Normal person: "I promise to always support you." JavaScript developer: "I promise to always support you, just as soon as the

support promise is awaited and resolved."

Normal person: "I promise to never let you down." JavaScript developer: "I promise to never let you down, even if I have to wrap this promise in a try-catch block and handle any errors."
