⚜كاربرد since

كلمه ی  since به عنوان كلمه ربط دارای دو كاربرد زیر می باشد.



✅1- كاربرد علت ( reason )

در این كاربرد كلمه  since  به معنای « چون »  because و as  می باشد. در این مفهوم كاربرد since  رسمی می با شد. Since مانند as  زمانی استفاده می شود که دلیل از قبل برای خواننده و شنونده شناخته شده است یا این که دلیل از مابقی جمله از اهمیت کمتری برخوردار است . البته since  رسمیت بیش تری دارد و غالبا در ابتدای جمله قرار می گیرد.

🚨Since the problem was too difficult, we couldn't do it easily.

🚨Since you refuse to co-operate , I shall be forced to take legal advice .


✅2- كاربرد زمان ( time )

در این كاربرد كلمه  since  به معنای «از………تاكنون »  می باشد و معمولا در جملات زمان حال كامل به كار می رود.

🚨I have not seen him since I left school.
در جمله ی بالا
“since I left school”‌
 به معنای «از زمانی كه مدرسه را ترك كردم تا كنون »می باشد.



نكته :
گاهی اوقات كلمه ی since با ever به صورت  ever since  به معنای « از آن زمان تا كنون» می باشد.
مثال :
