Steps to be followed
1.Set 5 Secret Questions[help to reset password]
->Login to Ultimatix with Authcode
->Select Password Management (top right corner)
->Ultimatix Password
->Set 5 Secret Questions
->Proceed
->Authenticate Using Ultimatix newly set Password & Submit
>Alert Displays successful

2.Set India Domain Password
->Login to Ultimatix with Authcode
->Select Password Management (top right corner)
->Domain Account
->Change Password/Unlock Account
->Enter DOJ- 22/04/2021,Newly set Ultimatix Password, Your Secret Answer,Domain - INDIA
->Submit
->Set Password & Confirm Password
OR
->Select Unlock Account and Change Password
->Set Password & Confirm Password
->Submit
->Prompt displays successfull

3.Email Selection[Will take 2 working days to activate]
->Login to Ultimatix with Authcode
->Applications/Menu
->Employee Services
->Global ESS
->My Profile
->Select Email
->Select Option - I am a new joinee and want to select an email add
->Proceed with Selection
->Select one among 10 email add[Dont click on generate more Options]
->Save Selection
Selected option Displayes on right
->Confirm the prompt carefully with yes
->Successful selection alert

4.Payroll Processing - Update Bank Details
->Login to Ultimatix using AUthcode
->Applications/Menu
->Employee Services
->Global ESS

#My Profile->Basic Details[Fill if changes/auto filled]
->Fill Marital Status

#My Profile->Address Details[Confirm]
->Permanent Address
-> Present Address

#My Profile->National Identifier
->Aadhar number
->Upload Aadhar SoftCopy[Click on Edit Symbol]
->Name
->Pan Number

#My Profile->Bank Details
->Current/Savings[Depends on A/c]
>>A/c Type - Current [if Different]/Savings[if same]
>>A/c Nature - Employee Reimbursment A/c
>>A/c no
>>Bank Code
>>Reconfirm A/c no
Untick Salary A/c Checkbox**
