The Grand FAQ Session of today was great thanks for waiting... I am late to post because I was collecting all the answers.

I am posting it in detail so, post may be longer so, you can find your question's answer here.

Some questions are already answered in group @tcs_coding too. And for accessing the command like #tslp you need to join @tcs_ninja because all notes are saved their only.

Keep patience and read all the points or you can go through them whenever required.

Q.1 What is tslp? What is the process? And how we can get ninja to digital or ninja/digital to innovator?

Ans. TSLP is T-shaped learning path.
Who want to understand the whole process of tslp. Firstly type #tslp in main group @tcs_coding. In this post you will see the whole process in pictorial view.

You will see two learning paths one for ninja caders and another for digital caders

Ninja cader: You need to clear two tracks for movement from ninja to digital. Type #ninja_to_digital_new in main group for detailed information about it.

After getting digital profile, if you want to continue the journey of tslp then you need to clear other tracks too (for digital to innovator movement) which was shown in the first post #tslp.

Digital Cader: You can follow the path shown in first post #tslp to upgrade your profile from digital to innovator.


Update: Pattern is updated and now there is only two milestones to achieve one for ninja to digital and another for digital to innovator.

Q.1 What is tslp? What is the process? And how we can get ninja to digital or ninja/digital to innovator?
Ans. Already shared in channel check most recent Posts. TSLP is t-shaped learning path with two milestones (as per new update) there is digital milestone and innonvator milestone.

Q.2 How to register for tslp?
Ans.
(Will share updated process again for may month old was removed because it was for November cycle)

Q.3 Is Assessment related to project or common to all ?
Ans. Assessment is common for all. (Except Unit Electives)

Q.4 I have cleared DCA and got Digital.But I didn't registered for TSLP. Will there be any issue?
Ans. No issue, you can register for next cycle and attend the assessment if you want to upgrade from digital to innovator. Else your role remain same. TSLP is not the mandatory thing to do, but it's good for knowledge and upgrading yourself.


Q.5 Which courses will help to clear Assessment ?
Ans. Courses are already given by TCS. Check iEvolve--certification---In progress certificate--Elevate wings-1 certificate and launch it. You will see all the tracks and courses here, Launch it and start learning

Q.6 Please post syllabus of every track in detail.
Ans. See ans. no. 5 from there you can see all courses and that topics/courses are the syllabus of that particular track.

Q.7 Do i need to complete any courses to eligible for may2022 Assessment ?
Ans. Yes. And do check the registration process which is already shared you will get your answer.

Update: the process is changed in feb 2022 month... Now you have two ways:

1) Complete given courses and attend assessment to be eligible for upcoming May cycle exam.
2) Another way is if you have knowledge of that particular track and you are ready to take assessment then you can directly attend the assessment and after clearing that assessment you will be eligible for MAY cycle exam for that particular track.

Q.8 When will be the next tslp ?
Ans. May - July - September 2022.

Q.9 Do we need to complete all groups under it?
Ans. Whichever track you choose you need to complete all courses given inside of it. All depends on your efforts.

Q.10 What are the monetary non monetary benefits of passing TSLP for each track?
Ans. Monetary- Ninja to digital, digital to innovator after clearing all tracks.
Non monetary- tagged as hi talent. You'll get better projects and hrs will consider you higher in terms of skills and general associate stuff. Might get some benefits and extra certifications and mentorship etc.

Q.11 What is mean by core tech tracks and tech tracks ?
Ans. There are 2 type of tracks mainly. Core and Elective. Core has tech, biz skills, articulation and process. Elective has tracks based on your business unit, etc.

In TSLP wings 1 you have limits
2 tech tracks
2 Biz skill tracks
1 articulation
1 process
That's total of 6 core tracks
6 elective tracks which will be dependant on your unit..
So to get to innovator you need to clear 12 tracks. 6 core and 6 electives.

For ninja associates..
So this is the only way to switch to digital rn.
As a first step just target milestone 0
For milestone 0
Choose 2 tracks...either both tech or one tech n one non tech.
(Apart from technology group all other groups comes under non tech)
If u choose one tech and one non tech then u shud clear both the tracks with distinction.

If u choose to opt both tech tracks then one just pass and one distinction.

For digital associates..,


No milestone 0 for u guys..
Start frm milestone 1 and then u can do as many milestones as u wish to..
Upon completion of each milestone..there will be rewards...
If u complete all the milestones then innovator cadre...

Total  2 Milestones
- Digital
-Innovator

Two types of TECH tracks
- TSLP
- DCA (new)

For Ninja to Digital

1. 2 TSLP tech tracks or DCA tech Tracks (1 pass and 1 distinction)

Or

2.  1 Tech (Distinction) and 1 non-tech/unit(Distinction)

IN OTHER WORDS the combinations are-

1. 1 TSLP/DCA tech (Distinction) and 1 TSLP tech (pass/dist)

2. 1 TSLP/DCA tech (Distinction) and 1 Non - tech (dist)

3. 1 TSLP/DCA tech (Distinction) and 1 unit elective(dist)

4. 1 TSLP tech (Distinction) and 1 DCA tech (Dist)

There are now two paths-

1. Old path where you had to do the learning from iEvolve 15205/15206

2. Direct path where if you are already skilled in the track then you can Give a exam and get eligible for the main TSLP exam(May/Aug/Nov)

The DCA tech tracks that are introduced are

1. JAVA
2. PYTHON
3. ANDROID
4. Angular
5. .Net
6. C#
and many more(Total 21)

Attempts-

Before you used to get only 1 attempt if you pass the track for distinction but now you have unlimited attempts for distinction

Digital Movement Assessment FORMAT

1. Time bound MCQ format
2. Hands-on :- Multiple attempts in a Week duration, until you are successful..

It's a long post but I tried to make it easier to understand. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST CAREFULLY before asking further questions


✅Old TSLP had 5 to 6 milestones to get innovator profile (Elevate wings-1 certificate)

✅Now there are only two milestones:
1) Digital milestone (ninja to digital)
2) Innovator milestone (digital to Innovator)

The entire Process remains same as previous ..
Except for these changes...👇👇

1) Few tracks are removed (biz tracks: B1,B7,B8,B9 and articulation A5 tracks removed).

2) DCA tech tracks included. You can choose tslp tech track or DCA tech track.

3) Previously there was restriction on number of attempts: If you passed any track then you have only 1 chance to reattempt it to get distinction. Now you have unlimited number of attempts.



✅ NINJA TO DIGITAL
You need to complete two tracks(1tech(dist.)+1tech(pass) or 1tech(dist.)+1non tech (dist.).

Combinations are:
1tech distinction (either tslp or dca tech track) and
1 tech(tslp) pass/dist. Or 1 non-tech with distinction

Or read privious pinned post for more clarification on above combinations.

Note: An advantage of newly introduced DCA Tech tracks is that if you don't want to appear for t1 to t7 tracks then you can directly choose DCA tech tracks(Java,Python,C# etc like old DCA)🥳🥳🥳



✅ Digital to Innovator milestone👇👇

Total tracks needed: (all below with distinction)
1 innonvator coding challenge (any one from t1 to t7 tracks)
1 biz skill track (distinction)
1process (distinction)
1 articulation (distinction)
1 dca tech track/unit elective. (distinction)


Note: If you have completed any tracks from above during ninja to digital movement than it will be considered for innovator too you don't need to reattempt that tracks😍🥳🥳.


For example : You are a ninja cader and completed 1 bizskill track with distinction and 1dca tech track with distinction and got Digital profile.

Now for innovator profile:
1 biz skill track (distinction) (already done)✅

1 dca tech track/unit elective. (distinction) (already done)✅

Remaining you need to complete👇👇
1 innonvator coding challenge (any one from t1 to t7 tracks)
1process (distinction)
1 articulation (distinction)

Important Note : Till now no course is added for DCA tech tracks you can prepare yourself for it to directly attend the assessment.(We will update in group if we found any new update about it)
