Vincent is still uploading articles to his blog, @sansconcession, which seems to me a significant victory of sorts. I wonder to what extent the campaign and support for him caused them to go easy on him.

James Costello, who is serving a ridiculous 5 year prison sentence, is now not allowed to phone a variety of people as part of a 'proscribed list' due to it be considered 'dangerous'. One of these people is UNN's David Clews. They have locked him away andโฆ

At a recent meet up, the Empire State Nationalists and friends from around the region raised money for Sam Melia and his family.
โ๐ปThey also took time to send Sam some encouragement through the Justice-Initiative's proxy letter service.

โ๐ปThe 2017 UTR rally startled the anti-White Left into dropping all pretense of Rule of Law. They made it about power.
โก๏ธ Did you know there are still men in jail, picked up last year for a permitted event 7 years ago? The Stasi would blush at the thought. The prosecutions in Charlottesville of UTR participants are naked power plays. The Left is burning through their institutional credibility for the short term victory of punishing their enemies. The trials are shams, the judges should be moving the cases to other districts or dismissing the cases for a plethora of reasons, including 1st amendment issues, right to peacefully assemble and protest, and blatant political prosecution. History is not going to look kindly on these kangaroo courts.
โ๏ธOne man, William Fears, has been in jail since April of 2023. Some of the judges and prosecutors involved in his case were actually at the UTR rally on the side of the Leftists and refuse to recuse themselves.
Fears was protesting this conflict of interest with a hunger strike as of our last correspondence.
โ๏ธ Send this man some encouragement, he will write you back.
Still nervous? Use our proxy service.

I've resumed sending postcards anonymously a couple of times a month to all the remaining prisoners on our list.

๐ค Thank you all so much ๐ค
Iโve just received a call from Sam Melia in HMP Hull. His Probation Officer has just informed him that theyโve been โinundatedโ with letters and emails complaining about Sam not being able to have any contact with his children. As a result, theyโve decided to remove all but one of the restrictions. This means that Sam can now:
- Receive photographs of his children
- Receive letters from his children
- Talk to his children on the phone
- Talk about his children
He is still unable to receive visits from his children, however HMP Hull have advised they only havenโt removed this because they legally arenโt allowed to as an assessment has already started to take place. This means the assessment is already moving forward so hopefully the final restriction will be lifted very soon too, all being well.
This goes to show that:
A) Public pressure does work
B) They didnโt actually have to put all those restrictions on Sam in the first place, they just chose to
Thank you so much to everybody who complained to the prison. Honestly, from the bottom of our hearts. It means so much to me and Sam. Iโll let you all know what happens with the visit restriction as soon as I know more.

I believe that the release of Sam Melia today is at least partly due to all the publicity his treatment in prison has attracted. The people who say that supporters of prisoners should keep their heads down and be quiet and therefore hope for earlier release by not upsetting the authorities are simply wrong. Another case in point is the recent release of Julian Assange after he "pled out" by accepting a conviction for espionage. Last I heard, espionage is a capital crime in the US and most other countries, yet now he is enjoying Christmas back in Oz. Don't tell me that is unrelated to the enormous publicity he had received for his inhumane imprisonment. ZOG wanted to be rid of the embarrassment.

Good evening brothers 0/
I had news from Ash today and I can confirm he has moved and is now at Garth prison in Lancashire.
He was in good spirits, even after taking three days to get there!
It's getting real close to Christmas but there's still time to send him some words of support or even just a Christmas card.
Using an online card company such as www.moonpig.com/uk/ is a great way to get a card there quickly and help with the security issues too.
Plus it's way cheaper for overseas brothers, as the cards are sent from within the UK so cheaper and quicker by far.
Last year a number of you did just that and he was really greatful for your support.

Would you contribute to crowd-sourcing of funds to pay for the legal challenge of human rights violations on our prisoners?

If people are wondering why nothing is happening on this channel it is because I still have bans on my communication with prisoners (probably thanks to the influence of the CT subhumans), I have received no reply or notification from the prisons, simply silence, and I don't know how to contest this state of affairs (other than writing letters into the void, which I see no point to). Until competent legal advice can be obtained, that's how it will remain unless one of you wants to contribute relevant material for posting here. I'll be spending the holidays in personal development activities.
Does anyone know of a "'No Win No Fee" lawyer who might take on a case of prison violation of a prisoner's human rights?
I've never heard of such a thing applied to lawyers, even though it is the default with respect to, say, computer consultants.
The fundamental problem with a project of this kind is that the number of people who are willing to act on behalf of the entire class of thought-crime prisoners is very, very low. Costello is the only one I can think of. Supposedly there is another one who was collecting funds, but seems to have dropped off the map. Nearly all the people who ever take an interest in it are relatives of prisoners, concerned only with the eventual release of their prisoner. Once that is achieved they will never be heard from again. That's absolutely the conclusion I'm forced to accept.
