I asked PA Wales about Sven's location and received the following reply. I have not received any such communications ban or orders and no way do I accept any responsibilityfor the four people that have been banned - to make me the scapegoat is a stretch. The response of the state to my sending Sven a copy of Ash's letter is completely arbitrary.

Sven has, as you correctly point out, been moved and he has also been denied visits as a result of receiving a letter that you forwarded to him from someone called 'Ash'. His cell was raided and 4 people who've been visiting him are now banned from doing so under counter-terrorism orders. For his own good it would be best that you stop contacting him.

I am sorry to tell you that Tyrone's cell was raided this morning and they took away his copy of the Sentencing comments of Ash's Judge (which included Ash's letter stapled within the pages) on the basis that he was not allowed to have Judge's comments on other cases in his cell 🤔 Well why did they let him have them then? I posted them in the ordinary way.
Even worse though, they took away his personal journal (his new solicitor has now instructed them to return it on the basis that it is therapeutic) and subjected him to a humiliating and degrading strip search though he doesn't take drugs and though they could easily have used a sniffer dog.

Anyone can go back and read Ash's letter and see that it is perfectly clean and innocent. Anyone who claims that it should not be shared far and wide is an inauthentic player.

I recently received a letter from Vincent in which he discusses two matters. He doesn't appear to need anything.

The first matter is that a 'new' guard (meaning both young and a recent recruit) assigned to open Vincent's parcels is messing him around:

It seems that the reason Vincent has been able to receive books from anywhere is that the guards have been easy-going about enforcing the rules, namely that Blackwell's is the only authorized supplier of books. Similarly, a parcel of art supplies was mostly withheld by this guard. However, another guard is going to try to get the books and supplies released.

The second matter is the progress of Vincent's case:

His lawyer thinks that the second arrest warrant could be dropped on the 9th of December. You will recall that at this point the second arrest warrant (for his videos) is what will get him extradited, the first having been dealt with. Also, his next, appeal hearing is in January-February. What is special about the 9th of December is that it is when he will have served prison time in the UK the same as what he would have been sentenced to in France. Vincent is not sure the lawyer is right. In any case, Vincent says he would prefer not to be released on 9th of December but instead to have his hearing in January-February. This is because he wants the judge to invalidate the Sherriff's decision to extradite him because (the Sherriff decided) Vincent had committed an illegal act in the UK. Vincent wants that decision overturned in order to preserve freedom of speech in the UK. I'm not sure, but I think he means that the Sherriff's decision affirms that Holocaust denial is illegal in the UK. Vincent is saying that he wants that judgement overturned, more than his own freedom.

I had a look at the webpage of Friends of Al-Aqsa (FOA), the organizers of an ostensibly pro-Palestine demo in London on the 11th of November, which also happens to be Remembrance Day. Interesting!

Israel is not an apartheid state. It is an genocidal/exterminationist state. Israel wants to be completely rid of the Palestinians by whatever means.

Israel is not a colonial power (i.e., a power based on extraction of economic resources) because the state of Israel is not a colony of the jews. The western world (approximately the G7) is the jews' colony. The jews' colonial administration of the western world is what is commonly called "ZOG."

The two-state solution IS apartheid but is nowhere mentioned by FOA. Separation of peoples into sovereign states is the solution to the world's major problems, and not just in Palestine.

However, the two-state solution is based on the premise that peoples are often irreconcilably different and that they can exist harmoniously only by separation, each with their own secure borders, governments and militaries.

The two-state solution is fundamentally racist, and therefore is (evidently) anathema to FOA without their even spelling it out.

BDS and boycotts are no more useful in resolving the conflict than trying to teach a pig to sing: It won't work and it just annoys the pig.

It seems to me that the FOA stance is not conducive to bringing about peace, but that it would prolong the conflict because it cannot address the underlying problem.

FOAS's stance, just like in South Africa, is a recipe for eternal war, destruction and misery. Either they understand this and they are evil, or they don't understand and they are stupid.

I decided to wander instead of lurking in the soggy blackberry bushes and THEY found me and yet again I didn't have the camera ready. They are indeed pale and move like lightning, with a big silvery one leaping like a gazelle. I don't understand why they are coming into suburban areas, the communal gardens between blocks of apartments.

Having sprung and run off they seem unlikely to reappear in the same small area so I'll try again in an hour or two when there is almost no traffic and a dead time.
