I had heard of this much-referenced study so I decided to dig it out and read it. TLDR: Cardiorespiratory Fitness (CRF) is inversely correlated with all-cause mortality, with no upper limit. CRF is measured by VO2 max - your maximum rate of oxygen absorption. Specifically, the group with the highest CRF (adjusted for age, sex, weight and comorbidities) has all-cause mortality 0.20 that of the lowest- in the following 8 years only one fifth as many of them died.
Treadmill is where they put a mask on you and measure rate of oxygen absorption. Think of it as like the engine capacity of your car. If you had to suddenly put out maximum power in an emergency, how well can you do.
Never mind the awful thumbnail.

Association of Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Mortality Among Adults Undergoing Exercise Treadmill Testing
This study assesses the association between cardiorespiratory fitness and long-term mortality in adults undergoing exercise treadmill testing.
CAUSAL CHAINS
^^^ See, the study found that the effect is for "all cause mortality." That means ANYTHING, aggregated together. It is also a huge sample size. So maybe there are rarer causes of mortality that don't benefit, but overall it is certain that the greater you CRF the less your chance of dying, by a large amount.
ERF is malleable - there are various ways of increasing it. Common observation is that some ways are more efficient than others, more or less boring or punishing on bones and joints.
I strongly suspect that the "all cause" -ness of the reduction in mortality is due to a shifting of a fundamental subsystem towards a more youthful setting. The production of Glutathione (the so-called "master antioxidant"), which declines with age, for example. I keep seeing reactive oxygen species (ROSs) mentioned in papers as a cause of declining function of or numbers of key cells in various organs.
Hormesis is a factor in boosting the function of a tissue or organ - that means stressing a bit (but not too much) in order to make it "build back better." Both cardio and strength exercise probably do this.
Many purported anti-aging therapies have proven to be weak when actually tested rigorously but one that is strong is supplementation with Glynac - glycine plus n-acetyl cysteine - which are two amino acids and limiting factors in glutathione production.

Seems that HMP Parc are egregiously censoring James reading material.
I wrote a letter to the governor regarding non-delivery of ancient-medieval history books. I warned her that I would appeal to the Prisons Ombudsman and also get legal advice on Human Rights law.
I received an official reply to an earlier letter, confirming that all four books are now at Parc (not at Swansea). As I mentioned here, one (Chess) has been released which leaves three still held at Parc.
Now I am advised that magazines sent at the start of this month have not been delivered.
This compounds the fact that he is locked up 23 hours a day, last I heard, because they have hampered his work choices (which he is appealing).

It sounds crude but maybe the donations to prisoners can be considered a straight out bribe to be on our list.
Human nature is that only a minority, inside or out, will see the big picture.
Most of our type of prisoners will be released in a few years; which is to say, within a period we should plan for proactively.
Released prisoners will fall into three groups:
* Those that want to forget the whole ordeal and disappear back into normal society and we won't hear from them again. Quite understandable!
* Those that remain somewhat engaged with the project as occasional supporters.
* Those that become dedicated participants.
All I can say with certainty is that each group is NOT ZERO. Beyond that it is anybody's guess what the proportions will be.

I'm disappointed that I haven't received any death threats. It means I'm not working hard enough. I did get a "hate text" a day after leaving hospital - someone must have heard my number when i had to recite it to some staff member. It was probably a tribe member, telling me I was not invincible. I know that.
I would publish such things. This might be considered a flaw and, in the spirit of "know thyself", I should root it out and examine it.

For my upcoming surgery I had to give contact details for "next of kin or close friend" so I made something up.
The upside of having no-one in that category is that no hostages can be used against me. It's another gift from God: "You have no excuses."

Remote virtual desktop.
This is another of those "get around to it" things that I have long been postponing.
It seems a natural, indeed essential, tool in our thing, but I have never heard of anyone using it.
The supreme advantage is that your device becomes a mere gateway to somewhere else, and if it were seized then you would simply hop on a another computer the same day and login to your remote desktop as usual, and CT can shove your old computer up their arse.

While activists have been getting non stop results against the jewish system "antisemitism has been at an all time high the last year and a half" - norman schueler.
Inevitably they have employed their pet police in attempts to stop it. These manifest in the form of legal battles and false accusations against activists.
Presently defeating these in court is the most urgent requirement for funds.
Any other donations over time will go a long way to improving other community projects and activism.

Yes, it's good. We have an open, relatively unoccupied palette of policy options available to compose a new platform. "Right" demographic and social policies, the 'nation' is the indigenous people, combined with old left economics. We can think of a name later...

Just to let you know that Tyrone and Chris attended Court today for sentencing (after a horrendous 4 hour trek in a prison van) which has now been adjourned till January 4th due to the absence of a Probation Report for Chris and Tyrone's Probation Report being in draft form and with factual inaccuracies and with Tyrone needing a further assessment also. Overall this seemed like a good outcome because the Defence seemed very unprepared.

I mentioned regional rags. Some conglomerate has bought up many of those pests and I would like to see their ownership laid out for readers when an article of theirs is cited by our media. I'm not clear on the law of this, but I believe that it is OK to state that a journal is owned by such-and-such company whose major ownership is the so-and-so family who are of a certain group. Just the facts, without further comment.

Good evening. I spoke with Ash and he is still on the holding wing waiting for a cell back in the VP wing. Which means he is restricted from the gym most of the time, so limited exercise, reduced money allowance, can't work and for some reason he said the food is worse. I hope to speak with him in a day or so and better news.
Forwarded from East Saxon:
I hope to speak with him again and see how the appeal is going. I wrote to his defence with what we found and in my view they really need to push hard with it. But I won't hold my breath..as it means challenging one of their own.
Forwarded from East Saxon:
My planned visit last week to see Ash (on Thursday) was cancelled as I sat waiting in the visitors reception. The reason they gave me was it was a computer error and that day wasn't available for VP prisoners. Also Ash was only told of the cancellation as he about to leave his cell. All a bit fishy to me, but the prison insists it was a clerical/ computer error... So Ash tired to re book for Sunday and that was rejected too as it was fully booked, so they say. Which could be true, but we will never know. When I try to visit again in a week, we'll see what happens then.

Big bus of migrants sent into Staten Island were met with a giant crowd that engaged in mass civil disobedience, including the cops.
No pastor there to demoralize people from the pulpit. No county GOP official pleading for civility. Little to no media allowed in. Handful of Leftoids who dare take the ferry over immediately sent back in an ambulance.
Prosecutor won't even bother charging any of the patriots because they will just be acquitted by peers.
Ordinary whites in urban spaces are an increasingly rare sight in America and this is why they've priced and pushed everyone out of cities.

Just to let you know that Christopher Gibbon's Barrister has lodged an application for Appeal. Tyrone and Chris are no longer in contact so this information only came to light yesterday and was somewhat of a shock to us as Tyrone's Barrister was adamant there was no point in appealing, leaving him to defend himself.
