The prison bus never came for Ash on Friday, his sentencing has been delayed to Aug 31st. The state has also said they're now pursuing a 9 YEAR sentence for possession. They failed to find any intent so they've cooked up a story that the White Stag Athletic Club was the first step on a path to terrorism. This is entirely inference and not supported by any evidence, biased judge looks set to allow this travesty.

Despite the judge putting on a show of outrage, it's thought that the prison bus transport was intentionally sabotaged so that instead of the defence barrister presenting the judge with arguments AGAINST a sentence of 6-9 years in-person with the judge and prosecution having to react in the moment, the defence now has to file the reasoning by mid-August, giving time for both the state prosecution and the judge to work around those arguments.

Ash is being completely railroaded and any letters of support would be most appreciated at this time as he's just gone from thinking he has 2-3 inside to potentially 6-9.

Something I've been ruminating on for quite a while:

There is a need for a UK equivalent of Striker's "National Justice" (now "Justice Report"): an online newspaper, but with one addition: outrages such as the above.

National Justice/Justice Report, like TRS, punches way above its weight in terms of unique visitors, even having its articles stolen by national msm.

Recall how the adverse publicity of a video'd confrontation at East Palestine, Ohio (site of a train derailment and environmental disaster) forced the anti-white congressman and governor to call for federal aid.

This is such a "no brainer" - just adopt a proven template and tweak for local conditions.

The UK is small enough that one person with an after-market video camera might realistically visit events, and wrecked homes, and interview people. A retired person can get from one end of the island to the other on a free local bus card.

^^ The immediacy of video more easily allows one to present a sympathetic subject such as a family that has been attacked by CT. A Givesendgo campaign would then maximize the chance of collecting donations. It is therefore a natural complement to this project.

Packs of affordable postcards can be themed or regional.

The themed postcards are often stupid or effeminate, but are easy to find (for example at large bookstores, while the regional ones can be hard to find.

I decided against a website for now because it is unnecessary and it would be an additional point of failure.

I wrote this in relation to receiving books but the same tactics might apply in the case of family being arbitrarily blocked from communication:

I have no legal training but here's the way I see it:

There are levels of rules that apply. Each subordinate to the next in the list:

1. Rules enforced by local fiat in a prison.
2, Policy set by the department of prisons, such as the link I posted above.
3, Statute law.
4, The human rights convention endorsed by the UK government.

Find a case where a lesser set of rules conflicts with a greater one, and you've got a case, and it might never have to go to court.

The real point being, read enough to be able to point to where the prison admin is violating a policy or rule and demand that they correct their behaviour.

What I meant to say is:

Use Google to find the department policy, the statute and the human rights convention, on family communication with prisoners. Read until you find where their actions (the on-the-ground policy) are in conflict with the department policy, statute, or the human rights convention, That is a "case" that one put before them with the obvious implication that you could seek legal redress.

I looked into the Rose bot to keep spammers out (almost a daily occurrence lately) but I don't quite understand or trust it, so we'll have to make do with human admins. But I will only appoint people that I have met and trust, and I will take my time doing this.

I have created a backup channel but there is nothing there so don't join. It is a place to regroup if this channel goes down. I shall save anything essential offline for reposting if ever necessary. In all likelihood it will never be needed.

I have received word from Vincent that his final hearing has been postponed yet again, to 19 October.

His lawyer is going to explain to him what is going on and I shall pass that information along as soon as I have it.

We know that Chris Gibbons is at HMP Elmley so all we need is his prisoner number OR date of birth, in order to write to him.

I myself am going to be doing prisoner support a bit differently. I encourage others to continue doing what works best for them.

Up until now I have focussed on one prisoner at a time, and being quite generous (if I do say so). That worked well when there was only one or two prisoners, but the five we have now, sure to soon be more, makes that impossible.

It's not just the cost but the cognitive load of constantly considering that someone might have been overlooked. If a prisoner has been forgotten then we (I) have failed.

My job as coordinator includes not leaving anyone behind.

But I also need to keep everyone as safe as possible, which means not asking who is doing what, so I usually have no way of knowing if a particular prisoner has been left out.

By personally sending each prisoner a little bit - a small donation, a book, a card and either a letter or an e-mail - at regular intervals - I know everyone has been covered.

I have therefore drawn a grid and stuck it on the wall, with prisoners on one axis and items such as listed above on the other axis. The grid has to be filled with ticks each month and a fresh sheet goes up at the end of the month.

It sounds mechanical but it takes the load out of my head and guarantees that it gets done.
