Collet is yet to succeed in registering a political party despite several attempts. Therefore I can't see why Yerbury would succeed, particularly since, of the two, Mark is the smarter and more experienced.

I have received a letter from Vincent. He expects to be extradited to France in two weeks.. He wants his lawyer to lodge an appeal but his lawyer doesn't want to do this [what sort of lawyer is that?!] He says that when he is in prison in France he will create two revisionist comic strips. He seems in good humour, or perhaps calm fatalism, It's hard to judge from the letter.

Just a reminder that the text file of prisoner's contact details has an appendix of a list of prisoners for whom we don't have enough details. I collected most of those names from newspaper and website articles on their cases. Please peruse that list and let me know if you have the prisoner number, prison or date of birth of anyone on that list.

Currently I have been experiencing difficulties in contacting or donating to the prisoners. I believe that that is because of the interference of CT with my and the prisoners' legal rights, and therefore it will eventually end. I'm not enough of a law expert to engage these people but I'm certain that such harassment eventually will end because we are right. In the meantime there is nothing to prevent you, anonymous reader, from contacting and donating to our prisoners.

I have now sent Vincent three books on comic strip creation as well as one graphic story by one of my favourite artists.

I'm not entirely sure whether the graphic story will pass the censors but anyway I included it to buttress my argument that very popular artists who make a living selling prints off their websites always seem to include one particular element, a "signature" pretty woman wearing hardly any clothes. The story isn't pornographic at all but the art is certainly erotic in places. All's fair in love and war, as the saying goes, and we are indeed in a culture war.

If the relatives of some prisoner were to start a Givesendgo campaign on his behalf, then that allows you, dear reader, to bypass the meddling of the state scum by donating to the Givesendgo campaign. There will be no way for them to connect you to this channel. We can add the Givesendgo link to our database and publicize it.

I received the following e-mail from emailaprisoner.com:

"The message you sent to Ashley Podsiad-Sharp was blocked by the prison screening procedure. Please contact the prison directly for further information."

Oh, I forgot to mention: Ash did get a postcard that I sent him a couple of weeks ago. I see no reason not to mention that here. Small victories, so to speak. Since I sent postcards to some others at the same time I would guess that some of those got through as well. I should also note that I still have ongoing contact with Vincent, since he is not a TACT prisoner.

I don't know Sam Melia's status right now but as soon as I have his details I shall add him to the database.

Speaking of postcards, please note that they can be sent without a return address! So everyone reading this should feel free to send cards to all the prisoners on our list as often as you like.

I received this notice yesterday, an extension of the existing restriction on communication with Ash.

Under "Reason for restriction" it states:

"Ongoing communication with clear Extreme Right Wing rhetoric throughout."

That is incorrect because my only communications since the last notice have been a couple of postcards and an e-mail or two, all of which were simply saying hello and letting him know I planned to visit. No rhetoric, political or otherwise, was in those messages.

The reasons also mention that I have had contact with other TACT prisoners. Yes, I sent the others cards and an e-mail message or two, of the same nature: no political discussion whatsoever. Since I did not mention that to Ash it cannot validly be argued that it has any effect on his supposed rehabilitation.

And if they are saying that the existence of this channel is the problem then they have no business being here and snooping on us in the first place. Show me the law that says we are not allowed to organize in this way.

It is clearly unlawful, and that is why I know it will end eventually.

Right now we have to find some good Family Solicitor to fight the case. Does anybody know if someone good? God bless 🙏
