I have no doubt that the Judge dismissed last year's Jury to give the Prosecution an opportunity to learn from the mistakes of the first trial and get their story straight thereby giving them an unfair advantage. Indeed this year they did not call the D. Sgt who last year said that their priority was to secure a conviction rather than prevent loss of life. They only had once police witness who was allegedly only assigned to the case a month before the arrest so couldn't really answer any questions about the shambolic 'investigation.' There are no victims and the police refuse to reveal who instigated the investigation on the basis that it would 'jeopardise National Security'.
The guys were very critical of Police and the Criminal (in) justice system on their podcasts and the irony is that by condemning the men for having these views, the Judiciary are confirming that everything these men said about them is true...
They were accused of making a podcast to say things to encourage or incite others to commit acts of terrorism: this is rubbish. As Tyrone said 'It never entered my head.'
6 minutes of conversation out of 106 hours of podcasting was alleged to have crossed the line but it wasn't those 6 minutes that was used to condemn them so much as their views which were shared with the Jury over and over again to whip them up into an hysterical frenzy of outrage against these two men despite the podcast containing a warning that unless one was a white male with right wing views, some of the content may be offensive. This disclaimer of course was never shared with the Jury.
The police found nothing incriminating at my son's flat or on his computer which contains personal writings expressing a view that he would never encourage any young person to get involved in any type of terrorism. Of course the police have the laptop in their possession and have probably destroyed those files by now.

The Judge was extremely biased throughout and from the time he sent the Jury away, suspended all media reporting which up until that time had also been biased: one of the journalists was in fact a non-practising barrister. The Judge remanded my son and indeed the CPS commenced the retrial against all medical advice and the pleas of the Defence on health grounds.
It took police over ten weeks to come up with a form of wording that would put these men under a terrorism charge rather than the lesser possible crime of hate speech. They moved Tyrone out of Wandsworth prison on the day he was due to have a Solicitor's meeting (which may have included discussion regarding an Appeal against the conviction) without informing the solicitor he had moved. I believe this too was deliberate to scupper his right to Appeal.

Some people didn't see the police mugshot of the Black Wolf Radio guys because their phone doesn't show it. I know it isn't the most flattering shot possible (any more than you would look your best in a police photo). I know that Tyrone is supposedly a common name among blacks (although I never met one with it). Now I'm going to attend to more useful matters.
Please send what you can to Tyrone. It appears that his mum is blocked for now (at least for e-mail) so she requested this. Below is all the information you need. The name in the mail address is shortened to the surname as suggested by ES. Having worked as a mail sorter during my student days I know this abbreviation of the address is enough! The full name is only needed for the e-mail and money sites, and the prisoner number and DOB for the money site.
Name: Tyrone Patten-Walsh
Address to put on mail:
Patten-Walsh - A1125EZ
HMP Elmley
ME12 4DZ
DOB: 22/12/1987
Sentencing is on Tuesday 26 September at Kingston Crown Court.

Postcards probably don't require a return name and address, letters probably do require those on the back of the envelope.

The root of our problem is isolation: The enemy knows that we are easy to crush as individuals.
You're evidently interested in our project. Therefore, next time you're wondering what to do, ask yourself the following question:
What can I do today to help the well-being of the prisoners?
Next time you catch yourself seething with frustration and resentment (you'll just make yourself sick and tired that way), simply recall that question and act upon the answer.

Thanks. He was finally allowed to contact me after 14 days whereupon I discovered that the welfare reports given to me about how he was being supported were a pack of lies. They only cleared his call numbers when I accused them of breaking the Law.
Told him about this group and he was delighted to be featured on it! Hoping to see him next Tuesday.

The prison bus never came for Ash on Friday, his sentencing has been delayed to Aug 31st. The state has also said they're now pursuing a 9 YEAR sentence for possession. They failed to find any intent so they've cooked up a story that the White Stag Athletic Club was the first step on a path to terrorism. This is entirely inference and not supported by any evidence, biased judge looks set to allow this travesty.
Despite the judge putting on a show of outrage, it's thought that the prison bus transport was intentionally sabotaged so that instead of the defence barrister presenting the judge with arguments AGAINST a sentence of 6-9 years in-person with the judge and prosecution having to react in the moment, the defence now has to file the reasoning by mid-August, giving time for both the state prosecution and the judge to work around those arguments.
Ash is being completely railroaded and any letters of support would be most appreciated at this time as he's just gone from thinking he has 2-3 inside to potentially 6-9.

Something I've been ruminating on for quite a while:
There is a need for a UK equivalent of Striker's "National Justice" (now "Justice Report"): an online newspaper, but with one addition: outrages such as the above.
National Justice/Justice Report, like TRS, punches way above its weight in terms of unique visitors, even having its articles stolen by national msm.
Recall how the adverse publicity of a video'd confrontation at East Palestine, Ohio (site of a train derailment and environmental disaster) forced the anti-white congressman and governor to call for federal aid.
This is such a "no brainer" - just adopt a proven template and tweak for local conditions.
Tabloid but true.
The UK is small enough that one person with an after-market video camera might realistically visit events, and wrecked homes, and interview people. A retired person can get from one end of the island to the other on a free local bus card.

^^ The immediacy of video more easily allows one to present a sympathetic subject such as a family that has been attacked by CT. A Givesendgo campaign would then maximize the chance of collecting donations. It is therefore a natural complement to this project.
Packs of affordable postcards can be themed or regional.
The themed postcards are often stupid or effeminate, but are easy to find (for example at large bookstores, while the regional ones can be hard to find.
If you're going for themed cards then think beauty - classical art, or the sciences. Here are examples:
https://shop.nationalgallery.org.uk/stationery/cards/postcard-packs.html
https://www.google.com/search?q=earth+and+space+postcards
If you are looking for regional postcards then look in local museums, or sometimes, weekly street fairs - the local museum had the same five cards while a stall at the street fair had a bigger variety,
There are also made-to-order postcard suppliers, although I'm yet to try this, but it would be a way to make something unique:

A bit more on sources of cool postcard packs. I suppose this is the same Dover Books that is in New York:

I decided against a website for now because it is unnecessary and it would be an additional point of failure.
Instead I shall post a text file here, to be updated from time to time. That should eliminate clutter in the channel!
The prisoners are listed in alphabetic order by surname.
Please let me know of necessary corrections and suggested additions.

I received an e-mail reply from Tyrone this morning in response to my e-mail sent Friday morning: a four day turn- around, He's in good spirits, near as I can tell, and delighted to receive my e-mail.

I wrote this in relation to receiving books but the same tactics might apply in the case of family being arbitrarily blocked from communication:

What grounds would there be for a lawsuit?
I have no legal training but here's the way I see it:
There are levels of rules that apply. Each subordinate to the next in the list:
1. Rules enforced by local fiat in a prison.
2, Policy set by the department of prisons, such as the link I posted above.
3, Statute law.
4, The human rights convention endorsed by the UK government.
Find a case where a lesser set of rules conflicts with a greater one, and you've got a case, and it might never have to go to court.

The real point being, read enough to be able to point to where the prison admin is violating a policy or rule and demand that they correct their behaviour.
"Find a case where a lesser set of rules conflicts with a greater one, and you've got a case, and it might never have to go to court."
My apologies for my garbled expression!
What I meant to say is:
Use Google to find the department policy, the statute and the human rights convention, on family communication with prisoners. Read until you find where their actions (the on-the-ground policy) are in conflict with the department policy, statute, or the human rights convention, That is a "case" that one put before them with the obvious implication that you could seek legal redress.

Far-right terror cases undermine Shawcross report
Far-right terrorist convictions have grown more than 15-fold since 2016, contradicting the argument for a greater focus on βIslamistβ activity. It is time for a reality check, says Huw Davies. First published in Summer 2023 issue of Searchlight magazine Pickβ¦
