The Best Years Of Our Lives
* This time I re-picked the bpf commits properly so I hope it boots just fine for <= A14 πŸ™
And unfortunately, I have now received reports that specifically for A13 and A14 QPR1 it does not boot
I guess I'll have to drop the 5.4 ebpf backports and on-hold A15 QPR1 support until further notice πŸ˜“

One last poll before stable STRIX-Revived release
It's regarding 90hz, I have now made a hacky fix to it where fixes the brightness twitching as well as sudden brightness increases (especially when switching from 120 to 90)

However, it doesn't fix the green tint and weird gray colouring, but rather, makes it worse! As you lower the brightness with this fix in 90hz, it'll not lower, but actually be very greenish and washed colours. You can workaround that by disabling automatic brightness, set brightness to 50% or more and then lower the brightness only via extra dim feature.

So I'll give you guys 3 choices to vote for
1. Merge this fix and have you all work around it with extra dim
2. Do not merge this fix aka do nothing
3. Drop 90hz altogether

So, what you all think?
P.s: this applies for both STRIX-Revived and vbantom.
Poll will end in 24 hours..

You peeps have decided! 90Hz will be dropped!

STRIX-Revived STAGING update 20250106

* More changes to get A15 QPR1 supported while attempting to keep A13-A14 QPR1 support intact

All those whom previously reported to me that it doesn't boot for them would be very appreciated if they try this now ❀️

!! Rebased now on latest STRIX stable release to make sure that the cause of booting failure is not by any other changes
πŸ‘3
This will be the final attempt to get A15 QPR1 support without compromising support for <= A14
If it fails, then again I'll drop all changes and add "No A15 QPR1 support" as a known issue and prepare for stable release then
Thanks for everyone who tested, but now I'm very certain that the A15 QPR1 changes are causing boot failure for A13 and A14 QPR1.

As such, I will now add "No A15 QPR1 support" as a known issue now

The Best Years Of Our Lives
* No support for A15 QPR1
There now πŸ‘‹
I'll still keep the staging builds up if any Pixelage 2.3 or Lineage 22.1 users or GSI users want it πŸ‘

Hey there!
Thanks for using my kernel! I appreciate it but unfortunately, the version that you have built inline with has an outdated KSU-Next that due to the recent repo deletion and recreation of the KernelSU-next repo, it's manager apk is now fully lost.

I can understand why you used, because I have picked the ebpf commits that are needed for A15 QPR1, but STRIX-Revived sources are currently going through heavy changes and is not ready at all for it to be considered stable. As such, I recommend you to switch to vantom kernel source, since aryan has now picked the bpf commits needed for A15 QPR1, while I take my time stabilizing stuff over at STRIX-Revived

https://github.com/PixelOS-Devices/kernel_xiaomi_sm6150

Thank you once again and I'm sorry about this, I want STRIX-Revived to be a perfect form which it isn't at this current time
