The Best Years Of Our Lives
Nevermind it is useless if both wired and bt headphones are dead I'm gonna try the EvoX GSI tomorrow then
Okay, flashed the EvoX GSI now
Vibration now works, wired headphones still dead but BT headphones work fixed it also through the handy dandy phh treble settings kek
Color profiles are still werid but we can correct it and set refresh rate via the very handy Phh treble settings
Very much lesser customization Vs derpfest unfortunately

Okay, first 48 hours with the EvoX GSI
1. I don't know why, but there were weird random issues like Webview just randomly dying and needing caches to be wiped to fix and such, but all those are fully gone when I switched from vbantom to STRIX-Revived (maybe take it as a recommendation to use STRIX-Revived kernel for daily driving GSIs)
2. I figured out how to fix also wired headphones not working, it all relies on that phh treble settings which is missing in Mystic's GSIs
3. The lack of customisations but Pixel features being there made me treat this GSI like it's A15 PixelOS lmao
4. The battery life is much better after switching to STRIX-Revived, even better than VOS A14!
I'll most definitely be daily driving this for a month or less or until I run onto a deal-breaker bug

Nevermind, the webview bug is still there even after switching kernels, it happens after a certain uptime has passed and the workaround of rebooting into recovery, wiping caches and rebooting back has become annoying enough for me to count as a deal-breaker now
Looks like imma need to switch to 3rd runner up TRM Hyper Next now

Yeah, for STRIX-Revived, this means I'll now investigate the known issues for MIUI π

Same for vbantom, even though again no changelog for the third time in a row, meaning again NoSU will be skipped as it is not affected

I will not repeat the same confusion as last time as release both vbantom and STRIX-Revived updates at the same time
One will be released first, the other will be delayed by 24+ hours

vbantom Kernel 20241212
Changelog:
None, same as 20241129. Thus, NO-SU build has been skipped for the second time in a row(I'll work and make more changes on it when I'm back in a AOSP ROM)

rsuntk's KSU fork 12022 (required manager apk!, Github Mirror) + SUSFS 1.5.2 (direct dl link to module)
Introducing Magic Mount! the very same bind mount module system that is used on Magisk has been brought to KSU, and it's all thanks to @real5ec1cff β€οΈ
Benefits of Magic Mount explained by xx
!!WARNING!! with this update you'll lose all your installed modules, so please back them up somewhere safe!, and then when restoring them, restore them to

/data/adb/modules_update after you flashed kernel and installed manager update and then rebootThe difference between [KSU] and [KSU-NEXT] is that the NEXT build has lineage map hiding which should help hide custom ROM detections, however, not all ROMs like it and can cause bootloops on certian ROMs, in that case, please switch to the [KSU] build
To benefit from [KSU-NEXT], go to the SUSFS module webui > custom susfs settings > toggle on "Hide custom ROM paths"
