Now an adult, Alven faces new challenges including increased financial responsibilities and the profound yearning to start a family of his own—a dream he holds dear, having never experienced what it's like to belong to a loving family.

As Alven stands at this crossroads, he reaches out to the community for support. His dream is simple yet profound: to build a home, own a car that would one day ferry his children, and create a family that he never had but always wished for.

Alven grew up as an orphan, never experiencing the warmth of family love or the joys of a normal childhood. He spent his teenage years searching through rubbish chutes for leftover food just to survive. Without a stable home, he found shelter wherever he could, often staying at a girlfriend’s place—only to be abandoned when they realized he had nothing.

Despite the struggles, Alven never gave up on life. Today, he dreams of building a stable future, finding true love, and starting a family of his own. To help him get on his feet, we are launching this crowdfunding appeal to raise SGD 100,000 so he can purchase a car and secure a means to build a better life.
