We, the aspirants of DSSSB Teaching and Non-Teaching Competitive Exams, are facing immense uncertainty as our 2023 and 2024 exams are still pending. It appears that DSSSB is not taking the examination process seriously, as only a few exams are being scheduled in a limited time frame (just 8 days till June). At this pace, completing the recruitment process for a single post would take several years, affecting the future of thousands of aspirants.
Through this letter, we request DSSSB to implement the following measures to ensure transparency, fairness, and efficiency in the examination process:
1️⃣ Release of Exam Calendar with Result Dates – Like SSC and UPSC, DSSSB should publish a yearly exam calendar, so that aspirants can plan their preparation accordingly.
2️⃣ Provision of Candidate Response Sheets and Raw Marks – Making response sheets available will ensure transparency and help candidates analyze their performance.
3️⃣ Establishment of a Candidate Helpdesk – A proper grievance redressal system should be in place to address candidates' concerns efficiently.
4️⃣ Annual Advertisement of Vacancies – DSSSB should publish a yearly vacancy list, ensuring candidates are aware of upcoming job opportunities in advance.
Additionally, we urge DSSSB to immediately release a calendar for all pending exams from the last two years (2023 & 2024) so that we can prepare systematically without uncertainty regarding the board's functioning.
We hope DSSSB takes immediate action on these crucial concerns and ensures a fair and timely examination process, restoring the trust of aspirants in the system.
