When I was a kid my parents used to buy whole cartons of strawberry milk, one time one of my siblings probably had more than they should've and the very next morning the whole room was covered in pink puke, I still remember the soggy cereal as well, ewww

That has never left my mind and as soon as I see flavored milk, it makes me gag

I don't really like to vent but I really need to get this off my mind.
While everyone is excited for Christmas, I am feeling more and more dreadful the closer it gets because few years ago my abuser beat me and I for once stood up and blocked one of their hits but by doing so they got a bruise, then they ran to everyone saying how I hit them while it was the opposite. Nobody believed I was innocent and all I can hear inside my head is "I never did it" with my voice cracking over and over...

I am literally shaking right now and my mind is racing
I just want this to be over :(

After some time I hate how they came hugging me saying how things were fine and that they "forgive" me
While they did that I just felt enraged and since then I don't really like hugs

Because it reminds me of that very same day
