A little piece from the book of John le Care « Our Game» talks about my homeland - Ingushetia.
«It happens to be the Ingush because I love their love of freedom, because they never had a feudal system or an aristocracy, no serfs, no slaves, no social superiors or inferiors.
The Ingush right to survive is my right and your right and the right of any good, free soul not to conform with the vile forces of uniformisation: whether imposed by Coms, Market Pigs, or the emetic Partyspeak of Political Correctitude.
It happens to be the Ingush because I’ve seen them, in their little valley towns and in their mountains, and like Negley Farson I saw a kind of Paradise and must take it in my care.
In life, as we both know, it’s the luck of the draw, who you meet and when and how much you have left to give, and the point at which you say, To hell with everything, this is where I go the distance, this is where I stick. You know those photos of old fellows in their great big mountain capes, their bourkas?
Well, in an uneven fight, when a North Caucasus warrior is surrounded by enemies, he will throw his bourka to the ground and stand on it to show he will not retreat one step from the surface covered by his bourka.
Me, I throw down my bourka somewhere on the road to Vladikavkas, on a perfect winter’s day, when the whole of creation is sitting up ahead of you, inviting you to come in, whatever the risk and whatever the cost”.

"You observe that most great scientists have tremendous drive. I worked for ten years with John Tukey at Bell Labs. He had tremendous drive. One day about three or four years after I joined, I discovered that John Tukey was slightly younger than I was. John was a genius and I clearly was not. Well I went storming into Bode’s office and said, “How can anybody my age know as much as John Tukey does?” He leaned back in his chair, put his hands behind his head, grinned slightly, and said, “You would be surprised Hamming, how much you would know if you worked as hard as he did that many years.” I simply slunk out of the office!

What Bode was saying was this: “Knowledge and productivity are like compound interest.” Given two people of approximately the same ability and one person who works 10% more than the other, the latter will more than twice outproduce the former. The more you know, the more you learn; the more you learn, the more you can do; the more you can do, the more the opportunity - it is very much like compound interest. I don’t want to give you a rate, but it is a very high rate. Given two people with exactly the same ability, the one person who manages day in and day out to get in one more hour of thinking will be tremendously more productive over a lifetime. I took Bode’s remark to heart; I spent a good deal more of my time for some years trying to work a bit harder and I found, in fact, I could get more work done."

Hey folks! I'm currently doing research on English Telegram channels. Just recently I had a discussion with my brother regarding Telegram channels reasonable question - How many good english language channels are there? By good we mean channels that don't just copy-paste content from other sources, but actually write something...
So I'm asking for you help 🙏! Could u share links to the English language channels you are reading in @talkschat ?
Technology destroys jobs and replaces them with opportunities.
Naval Ravikant
Do You think it's possible that every person in the world can be rich? (write your opinion in @talkschat)

At the first hand it seems impossible, but Naval thinks otherwise.
Naval Ravikant answers some great questions regarding building of wealth and builds a strong case how everyone can become wealthy.
The world has changed we are rapidly moving away from building of wealth by taking away from others to building of wealth by collaborating with others.

The fact that people like Jeff Bezos or Pavel Durov get rich doesn't mean that we get poorer, it's exactly the opposite. I can become rich because of the platforms these guys have built. I can stand on their shoulders so I can reach my own goals with @channelmenubot and this will in return help other telegram bloggers to reach their goals.
It's such an amazing idea, that has transformed the way I think and perceive the world.
World doesn't look like a scary place, it looks more like a place with lots of opportunities to be discovered !
If you want to become rich by helping other, but you're still struggling with ideas listen and re-listen to this podcast.

Before you can be emotionally intelligent, you have to become emotionally literate. Which means you should be able to pause at any moment and understand "What am I feeling right now?"
Here's a list of Emotions that might help with that:
Fear → feeling of being afraid , frightened, scared.
Anger → feeling angry. A stronger word for anger is rage
Sadness → feeling sad. Other words are sorrow, grief (a stronger feeling, for example when someone has died)
Joy → feeling happy. Other words are happiness, gladness
Disgust → feeling something is wrong or nasty. Strong disapproval.
Surprise → being unprepared for something.
Trust → a positive emotion; admiration is stronger; acceptance is weaker.
Anticipation → in the sense of looking forward positively to something which is going to happen. Expectation is more neutral.

Someone had a really busy quarantine 😱
Since the launch of @channelmenubot the major problem was convincing people to try our service.
People hate trying new things!
Even if it will save them hours of useless work or brings them value. They don't want it !
People just want be left alone in a permanent state, but it's impossible live is always changing and u have to adapt or die.
I think if I decide to try 1 new thing every month, I will be ahead of the 99% of people in 2 years time.
Great comment "Jackasses, you’re only on their side if you’re out there rioting and looting also."
