⬛️ Its not a secret that I left Russia to live in Georgia. And in the last several days there is a big drama unfolding between these two countries.
I wasnt too hurry to comment on this new wave of animosity between these countries. However before i explain further I must make something clear: Georgian people say that they do not hate Russian people, they hate Russian goverment, especially Russian president Putin. And Russian people do not hate Georgians.

So what could have caused such a such a strong outcry from Georgian society that they went out to attack their own Parliament?
It was an asshole responsible for whole thing.
To be exact it was an ass of deputy of the Duma(Russian parliament) Sergei Gavrilov. This deputy had placed his ass into the wrong place - a seat of Georgian chairman of parliament, which offended all of the Georgians.

If you dont know the relationship between countries for last 10 years you might say - What a big deal he just sat in wrong place?!

Well there was a strong symbolysm in that act because for last 10 years Russia had occupied 20% of Georgian territory: Abhazia and South Osetia. The occupation happened because Georgians decided to change their politics and turn to the west.
Funny thing is that Georgian goverment is pro-Russian, since Saakashvili lost in elections in 2013 Georgia has been ruled by Russian oligarch of georgian descent - Ivanishvili.

And this is where the most "fun" part: Georgians don't like Russian goverment, but they keep voting for Russian oligarch. And all the Georgians I've met are more afraid of Turkey than Russia, despite the fact that they're at war with Russia not with Turkey.

You might think that this doesnt make any sense.
There's one thing that Putin understands very well -people afraid of freedom, especially ex-USSR people.

When You(country leader) free people up and let them build businesses, create their own prosperity, decrease goverment interference with peoples lifes. The result will be - country becomes very rich, people create lots of things, but people dont really like you that much, you didnt do anything for them - they did everthing themselfs.
But if you do the opposite: control everything, no independent business, no independent will, everything through goverment - in other words strong goverment.
Result: country becomes poor, but people odore you, because You give them everything. Your ratings are high, you or you pupet is chosen in every election.

We should change this injustice! We should adore people who give us freedom and hate people who enslave us. It's the only way to lead a great life. Take control.
Georgians did it once, hopefully new generation of Georgians will steer country into direction of freedom again.

Nice explanation, but this method wasnt created by Putin or Trump, but both of these guys know how to "milk" this propaganda method to its fullest. If something is working well then lots of other people are going to use it. Humans have huge list of biases (see post my post 453) so there's plenty of propaganda to be made!

France is has never left it's African callonies free, it forced it's callonies to keep portion of coutry's budget in French banking system. African goverments have difficulty in controlling interest rates, they can't keep their currency exchange rates low to facilitate export.

⬛️ Unlike plenty of channels in Telegram I hardly talk about crypto, but I feel as though things have shifted.
It feels like a very exciting event just happened and I still have hard time guessing how it will playout.
It's clearnly starting to appear the panic the American establishment had when Facebook & Co quitely released their Whitepaper. It looks like lots of people are starting to see elephant in the room because it's moving towards them.
The power it might give to Facebook could be crazy, if they decide to use financial data from coin users for machine learning traning and experimenting with it. This starts to remind Matrix movie.
At the other hand we have Durov, he bought BTC when he sold VK, pretty sure he spent some time testing it before investing that much money. I dont know weather that happened before or after Telegram Invention. It would be interesting to know did he plan to launch TON when he was launching Telegram? Was it some "grand plan" of development which lead to TON, right from the begining of Telegram?
I'm really curious how would TON governance work? How transparent could it be? Who would make decisions on the actual code?

Facebook dropped the bomb they dont seem to want to back down easily and if they succeed we know how much you can trust Zukerberg's word. The biggest losers seem to be most of banks. They dont stand any chance against facebook and Im pretty sure they are shitting their pants! They had several years, they had inventions like Ethereum to test their own systems out, offer it to their own client base, change EVOLVE!
But they didnt do anything and now it looks like they're in denial. And what happens when major Tech giants make their own currency, like Amazoncoin? Googlecoin? Apple Coin?
I feel like we are going to see lots of financial disruption happening soon.
