In a matter of 10 years Russia turning from quickly developing European nation into copy of Venezuela. Year 2018 was year of struggle for Russian people. There's strong resentment from youth towards corrupted politicians. It was a year of many protests and a lot more of police brutality. Lots of young Russians such as myself are leaving the country and power balance shifts more and more on the side of corrupt politician. Russia isn't France unfortunately for people and fortunately for Putin and his police/national guard/FSB/courts/his bodyguards. The whole system is just too rotten with corruption, lies and stupidity. Russia might not collapse in next 10 years, but it will probably take over N.Korea and Iran as the most alienated country.

Apparently Gillette has hired bunch of feminists to their marketing department. Their latest ad campaign is receiving a huge backlash with men around the world(including me).
Their YouTube channel has been filled with angry comments such as "you lost your customer".
I just wonder what were they thinking when they were releasing ad offending 100% of their target audience !?

22 years to be exact... Found this great interview of Jeff Bezos where he talks about his small, but growing business called Amazon.
Fastforward 2019: Amazon is the biggest retailer in North America, that forced to close down hundreds of big physical stores in America. There were so many stores closed in 2018, that they called it Retail Armagedon.
All the while Jeff had become a richest man on planet with 100 billion net worth.

⬛️ I have a rare oportunity to share a talk of Russian intelectual since the video is in English. Mikhail Svetov is Russian blogger and member of Russia’s Libertarian Party.
In this video Mikhail talks with the president of the Foundation for Economic Education Lawrence Reed.
This doesn't mean I'm promoting Libertarianism here, I still do not know much about this political philosophy. Personaly politically I support the most to classical liberalism.
Libertarianism clames to put liberty at it's core. However I couldn't find country which which has a libertarian political system(if u think im wrong plz send your sources to talks chat). Is it actually possible for Libertarian country to sustain for many years? Masses are influenced by propaganda and instant gratification of leftist ideas, because we do not like to look far ahead to realize that there's no free lunch. How can Libertarian party compete with Leftist parties( ̶s̶c̶u̶m̶b̶a̶g̶s̶ ) ?
You should definetly check out this great conversation to at least realize that Russians are not all communits or putinists, there's some intelectual thought left in this country, which Svetov brilliantly demostrates.

Really enjoyed latest Joe Rogan podcast with Sam Harris! They touch on a very interesting subject, can you blame someone for saying/writing something bad 10-15 years ago.
I went over my facebook posts/comments which I've made 5-6 years ago and Holy Shit ! Who was that person?! My views have changed so much. This was very weird and humbling experience for me. So Im starting to understand how bad would it feel to famous people who get publicly bashed for things they've said long time ago. I just wonder if my views will change that much in the next 5 years... One thing didnt change though, it's my sense of humour, so from now on I'll only post jokes on social networks. 😜

⬛️ I thought that concentration camps where thing of the past. Apparantly, I was wrong.

Chinese goverment had sent up to million Uighurs, Kazakhs and Tatars(basically muslims) to "re-education camps".
I thought to myself "Maybe this is just new type of fake news against China". After going through dozens of sources I'm going bezerk. 🤬 What a SHAME !

A little history lesson: first camp in Germany, Dachau, was founded in March 1933. The press announcement said that "the first concentration camp is to be opened in Dachau with an accommodation for 5,000 people. All Communists and – where necessary – Reichsbanner and Social Democratic functionaries who endanger state security are to be concentrated there, as in the long run it is not possible to keep individual functionaries in the state prisons without overburdening these prisons."
This was just a start for Nazis, with silent approval of the world they've created 42,5 thousands camps where aproximatly 15 million to 20 million people died or were imprisoned. Jews particularly experienced horrors, 1,3 million of them have been massacred in a ruthless and methodical way....with a silent approval of the whole world.

What's not so known is that Communists have also used concentration camps extensively. My great grandfather had been sent to one.
For those who are interested in details about soviet camps I'd suggest to read a master piece by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn "The Gulag Archipelago".

Today 23rd of February in 1944 my nation, the Ingush people were deported to Kazakhstan during the winter as well as Chechen, Karachai, Balkar, Korean, German(who were living in Russia), Kalmyk, Crimea Tatars andand Meskhetian Turks. Practially half of the population these people died during this communist savagery.

It worked like that: Russian soldiers, headed by NKVD officers arrived to the towns and villages in secrecy, surround the village and annaunce that " YOU HAVE BEEN NAMED THE TRAITORS OF USSR AND WILL BE SENT TO NEW PLACE" then they were told to take their belongings- not more than 40kg of things per family. They were gathered and pushed into train car tightly like a cattle. (communists were really proud that they could transport more people with less train cars). During the road to Kazakhstan people started to die, they were not allowed to be buried, soldiers threw them out of the train, if they realized that someone died.
Both of my grandfathers have become orphants during this period. My grandad from fathers side became head of family at the age of 16, he was responsible for his younder brother and 3 sisters.

So today as Russian's are celebrating Defender of the Fatherland Day, We the Ingush people are mourning the day when some of those "defenders" threw us out of our Fatherland. Every Ingush remembers this day, no matter the social status or education level. 🙁
