⬆️ Keith Ingram called the shots until Abbott finally appointed John B. Scott.

In Texas we didn't have a Secretary of State sworn in for a long time, so all of these suspect legal opinions regarding elections have been being made by Keith Ingram, the man running the Election Dept at the SoS offices. He is who I believe authorized the violations of Texas Election Codes, just like in other states. Wisconsin was shockingly the first one to file criminal charges for this issue, but we are coming along nicely with a case against our county and SoS office.
We are trained and lawfully appointed Poll Watchers. We saw the violations.

Better to go thru the AG than the SoS. Waiting for Paxton to call us back so we can book him for an Election Integrity event.

Texans can now email the state to report alleged election code violations
On the first day of early voting in Texas, Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the formation of a 2021 Election Integrity Unit, which is charged with maintaining secure local elections in Texas.

Pls read. This code references ch 129, which doesn't seem to detail how the ballots are separated back out or notated for precinct #

The above code references this code, which apparently authorizes the Secretary of State's offices to determine how DRE Voting System Records and Reporting are to be handled.

Let me know if you find anything in this code that explains how Community Polling Locations, or central count ballot board members, are sorting the ballots back out by precinct after using the DRE voting systems to collect ballots from across the county.
Note how we all found out that we could vote at any location in Tarrant, bc they told the media. Never did they mention the ballot numbering change, because that's NOT LEGAL to do.

This is absolutely VAGUE and does not give any details at all. This is why I believe our elections are not auditable. I dont believe there are any identifying marks on the ballots, I believe the community polling centers collect ballots and then we cannot sort the ballots back out and audit an individual precinct's records.

This also does not describe how the physical ballots are sorted back out by precinct and preserved at the precinct level, I refer back to TX EC 66.058, which outlines that Community Polling Locations will preserve their ballots in their own separate containers.

This is what we will be using to demand access to the precinct records. The ballots are erroneously placed if they are unlawful. If the ballots are not lawfully prepared according to Texas Election Codes 52.062 and 62.009, they are not legal or lawful.
Please sign my petition to demand the records for just ONE precinct be audited.
When the records cannot be produced, because a portion of our precinct returns will be in the separate boxes from Community Polling Locations, and cannot be sorted back out so we can confirm our precinct returns add up to what was reported as final, the machines must be abolished before the next Primary.
This obfuscation cannot stand.
Go to Takingbacktexas.org and check our calendar and main page to see where we will be with the petition to sign.
