He was as nice as he could have been, for being on defense! I appreciate him and GUESS WHAT, he actually wrote an Article for Election Audits without trying...

Darl actually, thankfully, AGREED with me that the software/code cannot be "proprietary" and thusly inaccessible to voters or counties. So right off the top of his head, he said that we should subpoena the software from the machine companies, then compare that with what is installed on the machines we have. We could test all of them to be sure, or a random sample. It's genius, simple, and it's our first Article.
